MANAGER, FINANCE
This professional supervisory position is responsible for accounts receivable and accounts payable as well as grants, fixed assets, capital projects and passenger facility charges. This position is responsible for independently preparing, analyzing and verifying a large volume of financial transactions; processing and analyzing financial records; and the application of specific established general accounting principles, theories and practices placed on accounting within a governmental unit. This position interfaces with customers on financial matters and will make recommendations for improving internal controls and fiscal policies. The ability to effectively manage and supervise personnel, communicate at both internal and external levels, analyze and summarize accounting data; as well as, single audit and passenger facility charge application experience required. Perform other duties as assigned.
