SENIOR AVIATION/RAIL BUSINESS ANALYST - SENIOR AIRPORT ENGINEER
JFK Airport. Seeking a business management focused Senior Business Analyst to work interdepartmentally with Procurement, Engineering and/or Law at the Port Authority. You should have a background in AirTrain or overall rail related analytics experience and also thrive in a developmental environment. OPERATIONS SPECIALIST
Fort Wayne International Airport (FWA) is seeking motivated candidates for the position of Operations Specialist. This entry-level position is responsible for ensuring safe and efficient day to day operations of the airport. Qualified candidates will be self-motivated and able to prioritize duties efficiently. A working knowledge of FAR Parts 77, 139, TSR 1542, and 150 Airport Series Advisory Circulars, in addition to all other applicable statutes, regulations, and requirements, is required. Duties include but are not limited to airfield inspections, responding to airport alerts, snow removal, safety and environmental compliance, emergency response, NOTAM management, wildlife management, airport driver training program management, and other duties as assigned.

The Manager, Commercial and Business Development for McCarran International Airport plans, organizes and administers business activities including: airline lease agreements and operating permits; real estate acquisition; property disposal and management, land use and zoning, related federal grants, land development and administration of Department of Aviation’s (DOA) commercial properties and special use facilities; negotiation and administration of leases; space management retail, food & beverage and passenger services including advertising; ground transportation, rental cars; administration of the DOA’s Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) program; general aviation leases and aviation support agreements. The successful candidate will have a Bachelor’s Degree in Real Estate, Planning, Business or Public Administration, or a field related to the work and five years of full-time experience including managerial experience in federally funded land acquisition programs, airport planning, business development, real estate management or related field.
