AVIATION PROPERTY MANAGER 2
This position meets the Essential Critical Infrastructure Workers criteria for Washington State. During the “Stay Home, Stay Healthy” order, most, if not all, of this work will be performed onsite. Social distancing and personal protective equipment guidelines will be followed when required to work onsite. Seattle-Tacoma International Airport (SEA) is looking for a seasoned property and real estate manager to provide essential services by managing key Aviation Division tenant relationships at SEA. The role essentially represents the Port as a landlord, to many airlines and variety of tenants and customers. This position will also fill a critical role related to the management of property and leases outside the passenger terminals, including key government agency relationships and real estate transactions with the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), Washington State Department of Transportation (WSDOT), Sound Transit, and other SEA cargo and commercial development properties.

AIRPORT FINANCE AND ADMINISTRATION MANAGER
The Friedman Memorial Airport in Hailey, Idaho, is seeking qualified applicants for a full-time Finance and Administration Manager. This position, under the guidance of the Airport Manager, is responsible for all internal controls and directs all major budgeting, accounting, purchasing, and treasury functions. Qualified applicants must have a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university with course work in accounting, finance, business management, and a minimum of seven to ten (7-10) years progressive experience related to finance, budgets and benchmark strategies, forecasting, leadership, cash flow management, financial reporting per GASB (Governmental Accounting Standard Board), GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles), and best practices. Five (5) years of demonstrated supervisory experience is preferred. Salary is dependent upon qualifications.

AIRPORT TECHNOLOGY OFFICER - CLT
The City of Charlotte is seeking an Airport Technology Officer to ensure the effective operation of information technology (IT) infrastructure throughout all life-cycle phases to meet the business needs of Charlotte Douglas International Airport (CLT). In this dual reporting role, you will work closely with both the Department of Aviation and the City of Charlotte. You will proactively develop plans, policies, and investments to ensure effective and efficient delivery of technology solutions. You will need a master’s degree plus five years of experience, or bachelor’s degree plus seven years of experience.
