SENIOR ANALYST
Essential Job Functions: Prepare, coordinate, and collaborate on activities associated with financial impact, such as City ordinance and resolution, budget transfers, journal entries, legal review of financial agreements, and fiscal reporting. Interact with federal and state agencies, governing boards, banks, business districts, City Council, the Mayor's Office, and other City departments, including Legal, Procurement, Finance, and Human Resources. Perform a variety of complex operational and analytical duties; participate in over site of the Airport's CIP (Capital Improvement Program). Manage federal, state, and local grants and airport PFC (Passenger Facility Charge) & CFC (Customer Facility Charge) programs. Develop operating policies and procedures for the work unit; review, analyze, and enhance processes and work functions; oversee the day-to-day decision making and direction of the analytical team. Attend professional and financial related meetings, including meetings with FAA, City Council, Airport Advisory Board, State Transportation, and Tenant Manager

AIRPORT OPERATIONS MANAGER
Act as the primary Airport Security Coordinator and incident commander. Review, analyze, communicate, and present emergency plans. Monitor and manage work needed on the airfield and public areas of the airport. Train employees on FAA and TSA requirements and implement regulatory compliance. Monitor, evaluate, implement, and investigate the safe and efficient use of a public use airport. Develop and manage department budgets. Manage ground transportation permits; enforce regulations; coordinate, communicate and settle disputes. Provide customer service, monitor passenger activity in terminal and at checkpoints. Monitor delays, cancellations, arrivals, and departures and monitor the access control program to ensure TSA compliance Manage/supervise administrative, operations, and communications center staff; hire, train, and administer performance goals and objectives for staff; counsel and administer disciplinary action up to termination; and monitor payroll and other personnel policies. Manage and supervise the snow removal process.
