RAMP CONTROLLER
The role of the entry level position is to control ramp operations for ramps 3 and 4 at Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport through the performance of a variety of duties as dictated by operational requirements that include; providing commercial pilots with pushback and taxi instructions through a VHF frequency; actively interact with FAA personnel to determine RNAV runway assignments and configurations; assure compliance with minimum standards and regulations relating to all tenants including airline and ramp procedures.

DOMESTIC OPERATIONS SUPERVISOR
General Responsibilities: The Domestic Operations Supervisor is responsible for the oversight of TBIAM’s operations in the North Terminal. Major Responsibilities and Functions: Supervise, schedule and coordinate the team of agents in the North Terminal/Establish work schedules and assign duties; review work for thoroughness and coordinate work with other departments and subcontractors/Create a culture of service wherein the needs of the passengers and airlines comes first, making prompt service which exceeds expectations a priority/Interact with passengers to discuss and resolve complex service issues/Ensure that all applicable city ordinances, airport rules and regulations and company procedures are observed and properly followed during the performance of activities/Train and evaluate the performance of agents, including the preparation of formal performance evaluations as well as informal feedback/Conduct regular safety meetings and assure that all applicable safety regulations and procedures are followed/Administrative duties.

This incumbent will negotiate, prepare, and direct the negotiation and preparation of leases, license and permit agreements, and other contracts with current and future tenants and other business partners leasing space at, or doing business at Southwest Florida International Airport or Page Field, including but not limited to airlines, concessionaires, service companies, and various types of aeronautical and non-aeronautical businesses. The successful candidate should have a minimum of five years of management experience in property development/real estate or commercial management. Airport or Airline experience is preferred.
