AIRPORT ELECTRICAL SERVICES MANAGER
Highly responsible supervisory administrative and technical work directing and coordinating the work of electricians and maintenance personnel engaged in the construction, installation, maintenance, repair and servicing of high, medium and low-voltage electrical, communications and electronics systems, including panel boards, communication systems, interior and exterior lighting systems, airport runway lighting systems, electrical circuits, generators, electrical pumps and motors, and related systems, devices and equipment. Troubleshoots electrical problems; reviews and updates complex electrical plans, confers with contractors, consultants, local, state and federal government agencies regarding proposed and existing electrical construction work for electrical code compliance. Monitors all aspects of project activities until completed, documents problems, recommends solutions, prepares maintenance schedules and associated job plans, produces purchase requisitions for materials used, prepares reports which include status or projects etc. Responds to all electrical emergency situations and performs additional duties as assigned or required; and related work as required.

AIR SERVICE/CARGO DEVELOPMENT MANAGER
Under the general direction of the Deputy Director of Aviation – Commercial Development, the Air Service and Cargo Development Manager will be responsible for the planning, development and implementation of comprehensive air service development strategies to increase air service across both passenger and cargo airlines at MSY. This position uses various methods to track, analyze, and report on industry trends and local market opportunities. Responsibilities Analyzing airline passenger demand, airline capacity and other data using sources such as Diio, U.S. DOT, FAA, BTS, ARC, and IATA to determine potential new opportunities as well as developing comprehensive plans for pursuing new air service Responsible for reviewing incentives requested by airlines and monitoring expenditures within policy. Responsible for monitoring database subscription services and consultant fees in accordance with budget and purchasing policies. AIRPORT ASSISTANT SERVICES MANAGER (CONCESSIONS & LEASES)
Assist with the management of an innovative concessions and terminal properties program. Enhance the efficient and effective operations of the Department through strategic development and analysis. Coordinate and collaborate with concessionaires, tenants and Airport staff in support of the Airport’s mission and goals. Research and develop plans for new and innovative non-airline revenue opportunities and passenger amenities. Recommend and implement short and long term strategies that align with the Airport’s Mission/Vision. AIRSIDE OPERATIONS AGENT
The Airside Operations Agent, under general supervision of the Director of Operations, monitors and coordinates all operational activity occurring in the Airside Operations areas to ensure compliance with FAA Part 139, TSA 1542, and Airport regulations and policies. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, conducting daily inspections to include runways, taxiways, safety areas, ramp areas, and perimeter fence line, initiate corrective action as necessary; conducts inspections of airside areas for aesthetics, safety, security' general conditions and takes appropriate action, to correct unsuitable conditions(i.e. initiate maintenance work orders); Mitigating wildlife hazards by conducting wildlife dispersal activities; maintaining various wildlife devices; and acquiring proper permits for wildlife depredation, etc.;maintains accurate airfield inspection and wildlife mitigation records; Ensuring airport compliance with Federal Aviation Administration Part 139 and Department of Homeland Security-TSA CFR 1542 regulations; Keeping current on existing and new federal, state and local requirements.
