AIRPORT OPERATIONS OFFICER
The ideal candidate will have considerable experience in airport operations leading to a solid understanding of Federal Aviation Administration and Transportation Security Administration regulations including knowledge of FAR Part 107 (small unmanned aircraft systems). A degree in airport/aviation administration/management and intermediate level skills in MS Word, Excel, and database tools are desirable. Some positions may be eligible for educational incentive. This incentive may be 2.5%, 3.5%, 5% for incumbents in eligible positions based on completion of an Associate's, Bachelor's, or Master's degree from an accredited institution that is not required for the classification. SAN DIEGO COUNTY REGIONAL AIRPORT AUTHORITY VICE PRESIDENT, DEVELOPMENT
The Vice President, Development is responsible for managing Authority departments focused on airport master planning, land use planning, infrastructure and facilities development, airport noise monitoring and mitigation, and environmental sustainability. He/she will need to drive innovation and achieve efficiencies in operations where possible. In addition, the VP will ensure the Airport Authority engages in a proactive and productive manner with relevant stakeholders, both on-and off-airport. The Vice President of Development must exhibit a continuous focus on an enhanced customer experience, an appreciation for the role of a public agency as a steward of community assets, and a relentless drive for results. He/she will take action to direct and oversee the development of short- and long-term goals and objectives consistent with the Authority’s strategic plan, service development plans, and capital development plans for San Diego International.

GENERAL ENGINEER - CONSTRUCTION SUPPORT
Assists Contracting Officer’s Technical Representatives in administering and managing multi-discipline construction projects of varying sizes by analyzing financials and monitoring/controlling expenditures and costs. Assist with contract administration, performs special studies, and provides administrative/technical support on construction contracts. GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES •Assists in the development of detailed budgets including forecasts of financial needs and project cost plans, and enters all data into the project management information systems. •Assists with the formal presentations to technical and non-technical groups on the progress and costs of the Capital Construction Program (CCP), the Capital Operating and Maintenance Investment Program (COMIP) at DCA and IAD; the Dulles Corridor Capital Improvement Program (CIP); and the Dulles Corridor Repair and Rehabilitation Program (R&R) for the DTR. •Coordinates and assists with providing technical advice on all phases of construction and on modifications to project data (scope, schedules, budgets).

AIRPORT OPERATIONS COORDINATOR
Under supervision, the Airport Operations Coordinator performs a variety of duties at a general aviation, Part 139 Certificated airport. Responsibilities include recording all aircraft operations for billing purposes, monitoring phones and radios, and coordinating construction projects. As assigned, assist Airport Operations Supervisor in conducting airfield inspections and reporting all deficiencies found on the AOA. Issue NOTAMS as instructed. Responsible for airfield safety to include identifying, preventing, and removing all hazards to aviation including FOD, wildlife, unauthorized vehicles and pedestrian entry. Through in-house training must qualify to operate snow removal equipment and secure certification as a weather observer. Responsible for maintaining customer contacts through positive lines of communication. Professionally represents company through frequent and meaningful contact with the customer. Individual must be willing to work all shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Individual will be working in a Teamwork environment. May also perform other duties incidental to the above.EOE

Garver’s growing North Texas Aviation team is seeking a Project Manager that will be responsible for performing a wide array of aviation-related design, planning, project administration, and client management services for General Aviation and Commercial Service airports. Duties and responsibilities of this role will include: Project management for both horizontal and vertical design projects at general aviation and commercial service airports. Significant design and construction oversight for multiple general aviation and commercial service clients. Collaborating and/or coordinating design teams consisting of multi-discipline design engineers and technicians. Coordination with clients and funding agencies.
