Ensures compliance with the CFR Part 139 and, to a lesser extent, TSR Part 1542. Responsible to maintain compliance with all aspects of the Airport Certification Manual (Daily Airfield Inspections, Wildlife Hazard Management, NOTAM issuance, Winter Weather Operations, Emergency Response, Conducting Part 139 training, etc.).
