AIRPORT ENGINEER
The Savannah/Hilton Head Intl. Airport has selected Steven Baldwin Associates to conduct a confidential, national search for an Airport Engineer. SAV is seeking an experienced Airport Engineer who can assist in the administration of the Airport engineering department (including employee management and supervision, budget development, onboarding, and training) and who is motivated to shape the future of the Savannah/Hilton Head International Airport. AIRPORT OPERATIONS RESEARCH ANALYST
GDIT provides Engineering & Technical Services for the FAA Technical Center's Airport Technology Research & Development (ATRD) Branch for all personnel, facilities, material, and other services necessary to accomplish the Branch mission. The Airport Technology Research and Development Branch (ATR) is tasked to conduct testing and evaluations of unmanned aircraft system (UAS) detection and mitigation technologies/systems for airports. The research conducted by ATR is highly visible with evolving objectives that has a high impact to airport safety and the National Airspace System (NAS). Specific tasks will include preparing project plans, test plans, presentation materials, reports, program/safety related analyses, and other deliverables. Candidates will also be responsible for coordinating and collaborating with all parties involved in the research, including various FAA organizations, airport operators, other support contractors, other stakeholders, federal, state, or local governmental organizations, security/law enforcement, vendors, etc.
