DIRECTOR OF AVIATION
This position is exempt under FLSA. Under the general administrative direction of the City of Pueblo Chief of Staff, this appointive position is responsible for the development, operation and maintenance of the municipal airport. The individual in this position demonstrates strong leadership skills while working with the public and City staff; develops and administers departmental strategic plans; exercises strong customer-relations skills in public/private/contractor interactions; develops and manages by effective metrics not limited to cost/benefit analysis, ROI, customer feedback, user skill enhancement, workforce planning and engagement, etc.; and utilizes modern and best practices in developing policies and procedures and in the utilization of City staff, equipment and capital spending. AIRPORT FINANCE MANAGER
The Coos County Airport District is currently accepting applications for a Full Time Airport Finance Manager. The position will remain open until filled. Annual salary $65k-$85k, depending upon experience. The position consists of performing a variety of accounting duties, primarily those pertaining to financial reporting, accounts payable, accounts receivable, fixed assets and payroll. AIRPORT OPERATIONS COORDINATOR 1
JOB SUMMARY: This position exists to comply with FAA and TSA regulations required to operate a commercial airport and is responsible for dispatching Milwaukee County Fire Department, ensuring the efficient flow of passengers and traffic through MKE’s facilities and roadways, and to handle several forms of communication and dissemination. JOB DUTIES: Answer emergency calls and dispatch Milwaukee County Fire Department (MCFD). Monitor the following systems: Fire Alarm System, security, cameras, paging, radio counsel, weather, flight tracking and digital NOTAM system. Perform inspections of airport facilities and roadways. Dispatch airport emergencies, incidents, and accidents of various size, scope, and scale. Monitor and ensure that various airport construction projects will not have an adverse effect on the efficient operations of airport facilities and patrons. Coordinate international flight arrivals and assist with coordination of special events, irregular operations, and special weather events. RAMP CONTROLLER/OPERATIONS COORDINATOR
This position coordinates general operations of Terminal 2 and the Resource Management Center to conduct daily operations. Responsibilities are listed below. -Provide safe and efficient ramp management and control functions for Terminal 2. -Provide commercial pilots with pushback and taxi instructions using accepted radio communication; actively interacting with FAA personnel to determine RNAV runway assignments and configurations. -Coordinate, allocate and manage all Terminal 2 common use resources (gates, check in positions, reclaim belts, etc.). -Act as an extension of the Raleigh-Durham Airport Authority and RDU partner airlines. -Coordinate and conduct irregular operations. -Responsible for the life-safety of taxiing aircraft and diligent vigilance for personnel exposed to the effects of engine blasts. -Comply with F.A.R. regulations and operational requests from the FAA, RDU airport authority and partner airlines. -Assure compliance with minimum standards and regulations relating to all tenants including airline and ramp procedures.

AIRPORT PLANNING MANAGER
Under administrative direction of the Chief of Planning and Engineering, is responsible for leading airport planning activities ranging from small to large projects addressing airport development, infrastructure, and land use needs. This position leads projects on airport capacity, facility throughput balance, to support leadership decisions on capital investments. The candidate leads the planning of all airport divisions; providing strategic thinking and analysis, input to design for airside and landside projects, and developing operational standards. This position analyzes, researches airfield, landside and terminal infrastructure and ensures all projects are planned per the Federal Aviation Administration’s (FAA) rules, guidelines and additional requirements. In addition, the candidate is responsible for adherence to all local, regional, state and Ohio Environmental Protection Agency (OEPA) mandates.
