DIVISION MANAGER - AIRPORT OPERATIONS
The Department of Aviation is looking for a Division Manager – Airport Operations to manage the Aviation facilities at the Dayton International Airport. RESPONSIBILITIES: This position is responsible for ensuring all Department of Aviation facilities, systems, and equipment are maintained in accordance with industry standards and to exceed customer expectations for safety, aesthetics, convenience, reliability and value. The facilities involved are the terminal building and all other City of Dayton-owned buildings, roadways and grounds, and airfield pavements and grounds. The systems and equipment-related components consist of mechanical/electrical/plumbing systems, fire detection and protection, and all City of Dayton owned vehicles including heavy equipment. This position oversees the activities of the terminal maintenance, airfield maintenance, and garage maintenance and airport operations staff and includes the FAA Part 139 compliance responsibility.

PLANNING, PROGRAMMING, DESIGN, ENGINEERING & CONSTRUCTION DIRECTOR
Responsible for leading the Airport’s planning, programming, design, engineering, and construction group which directs a broad range of planning and programming issues, including land use and master planning, programming, grounds and facilities development standards, landscape design, transportation planning, resource allocation oversight, and facilities assessments. The Director provides strategic and physical planning and programming at the Airport and ensures that all projects support the goals of the Airport and support the highest physical potential of the Airport’s facilities and grounds. The Director provides leadership across a broad spectrum of operations, including the full range of planning, programming, engineering and architecture functions and services of the organization, which includes control of facilities and infrastructure. Includes airport master planning and may include many other functions, such as airspace planning, maintenance engineering and environmental engineering, plus repair and rehabilitation projects.

SENIOR PROGRAM MANAGER - JFK - TERMINAL/AIRSIDE
Senior Program Manager- JFK - Terminal/Airside You Will: Provide supervision, guidance and leadership to the Program and Project Managers assigned to JFK Redevelopment to move the planning of the JFK Vision and tenant development initiatives into the next stages of development and provide coordination for Terminal/Airside: Landside/Utilities and Terminal/Airside initiatives. To Qualify: •Bachelor's degree •Experience with Terminal/Airside operations. Knowledge of policies and procedures; project management systems, administration, capital authorization and agenda review process. Knowledge of the Aviation industry; coordination with airlines and other airport tenants. Minimum 10 years progressively responsible senior level project and program management experience in concurrent, complex, transportation infrastructure and technology projects, preferably airport environment knowledge; design, construction and procurement. OPERATIONS OFFICER
Position Summary (Primary Function) Under direct supervision, performs assigned duties in the both the Operations Office and Airport Operation Center (AOC); manages use of airport facilities in accordance with established policies and procedures. Maintains airport compliance with Federal Aviation Regulation (FAR) Part 77 and 139, Transportation Security Regulation (TSR) Part 1542, and all other applicable statutes, regulations and requirements and ensures the safety and security of all airport users.
