JETWAY MAINTENANCE DEPARTMENT MANAGER
The Jetway Maintenance Manager is responsible for managing the needs of the Maryland Aviation Consolidated Electrical/Mechanical Contract. The position is responsible for managing and directing the maintenance department under the stipulations in said contract and in accordance with Menzies Aviation policies and procedures. The Jetway Maintenance Manager shall serve as the on-site Manager representing the Contractor and shall supervise and train his employees to ensure compliance with all provisions of this contract. Will be responsible for all day-to-day operations and maintenance, performance supervision, and control of services provided under this contract and that these services are performed in an effective and efficient manner.

OPERATIONS PROCESS SENIOR ANALYST
As the Operations Process Senior Analyst, you will evaluate aspects of major operations project areas and define business processes to eliminate inefficiencies and improve productivity. Serves in the Office of Operations Support at the Headquarters Office. Analyzes and evaluates various complex operations (Airport, Public Safety, and engineering) processes and procedures and provides recommendations to resolve substantive issues of effectiveness and productivity of work operations. Leads and works with other team members to guide process project work. Assists the Operations Process and Policy Department Manager, Operations Industrial Engineers, and other key Airports Authority decision-makers to assess and evaluate major operations project areas and define business processes to eliminate inefficiencies and improve productivity. SIGNAGE & GRAPHICS MANAGER

AIRFIELD MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR

AIRPORT EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT COORDINATOR
Job Summary: Develops, conducts department-specific and airport-wide tabletop and full-scale emergency exercises as required by FAA and TSA regulations. Coordinates activities of Airport personnel to ensure readiness. Manages the National Incident Management System (NIMS) and Incident Command training programs. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Comprehensive Training - Develop, conduct, and review department specific and airport-wide tabletop and full-scale exercises. Compliance - Ensure the Airport complies with all local, state, and federal regulations. Oversight of Airport Emergency Plans - Maintain and enhance the Airport Emergency Plan (AEP) which includes the annual review as required by the FAA. Maintain Emergency Management Standards - Maintain and enhance NIMS, Incident Command System (ICS), and Emergency Operations Center (EOC) training programs as required by FEMA. Emergency Response - Respond to EOC during training and actual emergency activations. Author Reports - Author official exercise and true emergency after-action reports (AAR) Other duties as assigned.
