SITE MANAGER
Defines and oversees security operations through subordinate Supervisors. Evaluating the programs supervised to ensure mission accomplishment and priorities; procedural policy and compliance; and technical competence. Plans and organizes the most efficient use of resources to meet these requirements through development and analysis of employee work schedules. Responsible for assigning work; planning and scheduling work; approving leave; assessing employee performance; making selections and promotions. Responsibilities also include: hearing and resolving complaints from employees; taking disciplinary action; identifying training and developmental needs; improving quality and service performance; developing and being accountable for goals and objectives. Assists in developing budgets; directing major program segments; approving awards and other personnel actions; and making decisions on work problems and recommendations. Must respond to a very complex working environment including dealing directly with all levels of security management, Airport Authority, law enforcement, labor relations, Federal and State regulatory agencies, airline-contracted personnel, and local government officials.

AVIATION PROJECT ENGINEER

FINANCE DIRECTOR
This position will work with our Senior Accountant for approximately 12-15 months until his projected retirement date, performing routine accounting functions. The role will then work with the Finance Director in preparation for assuming his position upon his retirement. OPERATIONS SPECIALIST I
Blue Grass Airport in Lexington, Kentucky is conducting a search for an Operations Specialist I. This is an entry level position, under direct supervision, that manages the use of airport facilities in accordance with established policies and procedures. This position assures safety and security compliance with Federal Aviation Regulation (FAR) Parts 77 and 139, Transportation Security Regulation (TSR) Part 1542, as well as various other guidance policies. Duties include a constant monitoring of all facilities, personnel, and operations; routine and non-routine inspections of the airfield for unsafe or non-compliant conditions; serves critical functions of the airport Integrated Operations and Coordination Center (IOCC); actively monitors security access control and CCTV systems; issues airport ID media and facilitates ID applicant background searches; coordinates and monitors airport construction activities; provides a high level of customer service in responding to questions and inquiries from the public, airport stakeholders, and/or governmental regulatory agencies.

AIRPORT OPERATIONS OFFICER
The Airport Operations Officer works under the general direction of the Airport Operations Superintendent. The Airport Operations Officer is responsible for monitoring, coordinating, and directing all daily land side and air side operational activities at the airport to ensure a safe environment for air operations. Extensive knowledge of FAA and TSA regulations, security directives, advisory circulars, and experience in many different disciplines is required of the Airports Operations Officer. Independence and sound judgment is regularly exercised during both routine and emergency operations.
