AIRPORT OPERATIONS OFFICER
Airport Operations Officers may be based in either Camarillo or Oxnard depending on existing business needs. Under supervision, they patrol the airports; monitor operations; provide security, safety, and emergency assistance when needed; greet, assist, and provide information to the public in the performance of routine duties and special assignments; assure compliance with airport rules, regulations, and ordinances; and perform related work as required. The ideal candidate will have considerable experience in airport operations leading to a solid understanding of Federal Aviation Administration and Transportation Security Administration regulations including knowledge of FAR Part 107 (small unmanned aircraft systems). A degree in airport/aviation administration/management and intermediate level skills in MS Word, Excel, and database tools are desirable.

AIRPORT OPERATIONS COORDINATOR
Under general supervision, responsible for all Airport checks, inspections, security checks, communications, work order, airport security system oversight, CCTV monitoring, escort coordination and emergency response. Provide emergency and non-emergency communications response to individuals and entities that request or require support services from Police, Fire, EMS, ARFF, FBO, or Security at PSA. JOB FUNCTIONS -Coordinate day-to-day activities of Kelly Field/Port SA (PSA) through a 24-hour Airport Operations Communications Center (AOCC). -Monitor security/emergency equipment and/or systems and closed circuit television monitors, report breaches of airport security. -Answer emergency and non-emergency phone calls, determine nature of request and act upon phone call. -Provide customer service to PSA employees, other governmental agencies and tenants by performing duties such as providing work related and emergency information.

AIRPORT OPERATIONS DUTY MANAGER
As an Airport Operations Duty Manager, you will perform critical airport management functions to ensure the safe, efficient, and secure operation of the entire airport complex. Performs airport management functions with responsibility for the safe, efficient, and secure operation of the entire airport complex. Maintains constant awareness of changing conditions, activities, and requirements affecting Airport operations. Maximizes safety and security with minimal disruption to Airport operations. Reacts and responds to incidents, events, problems, and complaints in a professional manner and takes appropriate actions. Performs related functions. Maintains constant awareness of conditions, activities and changing requirements affecting Airport security. Ensures adherence to the Airport’s operations safety standards. Ensures coordination with the U.S. Secret Service, State Department, Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), TSA, and other agencies pertinent to the security of high-ranking officials, foreign dignitaries, or other “high-risk” individuals that warrant special handling.
