TASK ORDER PROJECT MANAGER
Essential Functions: The Task Order Project Manager is responsible for managing SPP airport security screening services in order to meet the statement of work requirements defined in the TSA’s airport-specific task order including: *Provide oversight to all aspects of passenger, baggage, and other screening operations defined by task order; *Monitor screening operations effectiveness by measuring performance and acceptable quality levels defined in the task order and implements improvements; *Monitor task order contract deliverables and ensures all requirements are met; *Primary interface with TSA on all matters concerning the airport task order; *Provide leadership and direction to staff members to ensure focus on mission and goals; *Provide oversight to staff members and related supervisory functions such as performance evaluations, discipline, training, recognition, etc.; and *Monitor budget and resource levels to ensure task order compliance and CAS business goals.

PROPERTIES SPECIALIST
The Louisville Regional Airport Authority (LRAA) is seeking an aspiring individual for the Property Specialist position. AIRPORT OPERATIONS AGENT
AIRPORT OPERATIONS AGENT - Midland, Texas - Entry-level airport operations position at the Midland International Air & Space Port. Assists the AOCC Supervisor with specific airport operations involving airside, landside, security and communications activities of a Part 139 small hub airport. Duties include daily airfield and terminal building inspections to comply with local, state and federal regulations; Airport ID Badge issuance and fingerprinting; assurance of Part 1542 compliance with access control system; NOTAM issuance; responding to inquiries from the public, airport tenants, airlines and governmental regulatory agencies. Involves shift work, weekends and holidays. Minimum requirements include a B.S. degree in aviation management, business administration or related field and the ability to obtain a Texas Class C driver's license. CLASS SUMMARY: Responsible for managing the financial accounting related aspects of the Airport’s capital assets. ESSENTIAL DUTIES: This class specification represents only the core areas of responsibilities; specific position assignments will vary depending on the needs of the department. Manages delegates and reviews assigned work. Provides coaching and counseling, staff development and fitness, evaluates performance and applies organizational policies and procedures Chief source of information regarding capital/controllable asset related financial information, recommending provisions of and ensuring compliance to capitalization policy. Responsible for recommendation of expenditure classification (capital vs. operating) to top level management. Accounts for capital/controllable asset inventory in a database environment. Includes integration of capital asset data with the Capital Project Master Database, the Computerized Maintenance Management System, and the general ledger. Monitors capital projects and assets for completion, capitalization, componentization, impairment, and/or disposition. Performs other duties as assigned.
