INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY DEPARTMENT AVIATION PROPERTY MANAGER
Job Description: This is specialized property management work for the Miami-Dade Aviation Department. Employees in this class are responsible for performing a variety of property management duties in the leasing, inspection and maintenance of airport facilities and properties. Responsibilities include inspection of airport properties, assisting in the administration of airport leases, contracts and permits, preparing less complex leases and amendments, attending airport planning and construction meetings, preparing recommendations for new airport facilities and reviewing construction plans. Duties require the application of real estate knowledge in the interpretation of airport contracts and leases. Supervision is received from an administrative superior who reviews work for conformity to departmental procedures and achievement of desired goals and objectives.

Position: Aviation Project Engineer Reports To: Director of Planning and Programming Status: Full- Time, Exempt, Non-Union Salary Range: $63,000 - $85,000 Lehigh Northampton Airport Authority is looking for an Aviation Project Engineer to serve as lead project engineer and/or task manager on a variety of aviation development projects within the airport system. The successful candidate will assist the department with technical engineering expertise and project execution including managing the Authority’s consultants, coordinating and implementing the overall airport capital improvement program, and preparing/reviewing scope and bid documents and proposals to successfully implement Capital Program Projects. WORK ORDER & ASSET MANAGEMENT SYSTEMS ADMINISTRATOR
The Work Order and Asset Management Systems Administrator acts as the primary technical oversight resource for the Airport work order and asset management system (CMMS). This role will administer the day-to-day operations and improvements of the System for Charlotte Douglas International Airport (CLT). CMMS is used to support the Facilities, Operations, and Technology divisions with maintenance work orders, preventive maintenance, inventory, field inspections, etc. Some Responsibilities: Troubleshoot any issues with CLT’s CMMS Generate reports & dashboards of metrics from CLT’s CMMS on a periodic basis Ensure the CMMS complies with the City of Charlotte’s Information Security Standards

COORDINATOR, AIRPORT OPERATIONS
