Responsibilities include: airport finances, cost control, general aviation operations, maintenance, capital improvements and marketing. Is also responsible to manage an 1100-acre Industrial Park. Candidate should have a lease five years of experience at a municipal, county or regional airport, possess excellent oral and written communication skills and must also have at least a four year college degree in aviation management, business, marketing or closely related field or equivalent work history. AIRPORT OPERATIONS OFFICER
An employee in this position monitors airfield, airport facilities, and personnel to ensure compliance with FAA, TSA, and Airport Authority regulations and leases; develops and updates FAA required and other manuals and plans; assists in research for and preparation of bid specifications; provides escorts; coordinates with construction contractors; conducts safety-self inspections; performs snow removal and related duties; issues NOTAMs; serves as representative of Department in absence of senior operations personnel; work hours is a standard shift and may include weekends and holidays; subject to recall and round-the-clock operations, when required. SENIOR COMMERCIAL PROPERTIES ADMINISTRATOR
Provide real estate, financial and other analytical support, contract evaluation and research support to management staff. Draft airline space and use agreements, amendments and other real estate agreements at the direction of management. Administer and maintain compliance with the terms and conditions of the Agreements. Serve as Authority’s liaison with corporate and local tenant representatives to understand, evaluate, present, track and resolve tenant issues and projects.
