AIRPORT OPERATIONS SUPERVISOR
This position is responsible for planning, organizing, supervising, and evaluating the operation and maintenance of the airport’s facilities, and providing administrative and analytical staff assistance to the Airport Manager. This is a section head management position at the Hayward Executive Airport, reporting to the Airport Manager. The incumbent is responsible for daily operations, and provides second-line supervision and direction of staff within the Airport Division. THE DEPARTMENT Hayward Executive Airport is one of just 84 FAA-designated “national” general aviation airports in the country with 430 based aircraft, including 42 corporate jets, and over 100,000 annual operations. The airport is managed as an enterprise fund and is financially self-sustaining.

AIRPORT MANAGER - OGS
The Airport Manager for the Ogdensburg International Airport is in charge of assessing, evaluating, coordinating, and overseeing the daily airport operations. He/she must also make sure that the airport complies with aviation regulations and procedures. The ideal candidate has professional and practical aviation experience and a proven track record of earning the respect and trust of internal and external stakeholders.To be considered, candidates must have any combination of training, education, and experience equivalent to a Bachelor’s Degree in Aviation Management, Business Administration, Public Administration, or a closely related field with a Master’s Degree preferred. Candidates must also have extensive experience in directing or assisting in the direction of airport operations and activities, five of which include experience in a supervisory capacity. AIRPORT OPERATIONS COORDINATOR I

Under the direction of Airport Operations Management, the Airport Operations Coordinator (AOC) provides 24/7/365 centralized security and communications service for landside and airside operations. Primary duties include maintaining daily activity logs, recording and disseminating NOTAMs, as well as monitoring CCTV, access points, door alarms, weather related equipment, phones, radios, and responding where necessary. Our AOCs assist with terminal, TSA & FAA inspections, tests, and audits as well as support airport management on matters involving safety, security, and customer service. Acting as TSA “Trusted Agents”, AOCs are responsible for reviewing, recording, and processing background checks for airport badge holders. Resumes and applications will be reviewed upon receipt. OPERATIONS COORDINATOR
The Operations Coordinator ensures the day-to-day safety and security of the airport operations through inspections of the airfield, security badging, escorting on the airfield and monitoring the noise program. This role is also responsible for executing the environmental and wildlife plans and program. The position reports to the Operations Manager and works at the direction of that position based on current priorities of projects. This role will collect data on project progress, noise issues, and tenant requests that are evaluated to identify trends, issues, and opportunities. The Operations Coordinator may also perform project management functions to ensure compliance, safety and security of airport projects.
