AIRPORT OPERATIONS SUPERVISOR I/II/III
The City of San Jose - Mineta San Jose International Airport is currently recruiting for an Airport Operations Supervisor. The Airport Operations Supervisor may be assigned to or rotate between the Sections within the Airport Operations Division including Airside, Landside, Terminal / Customer Service, or Security Sections. Programs within these Sections, which the Airport Operations Supervisor may have responsibilities, include airfield operations, Manager-On-Duty, noise monitoring, emergency planning, general aviation, construction oversight, public parking, airport shuttle and ground transportation, parking and curbside traffic control, terminal management, customer experience and services, security compliance, airport identification badging and Airport Operations Center (AOC) functions. This position may require the supervision of a large number of staff and requires an individual who can provide a high level of leadership and supervision. Additionally, the position may interact regularly with Airport customers, contractors, tenants, government agencies, and other City departments.

GOVERNMENT AFFAIRS REPRESENTATIVE II
The Government Affairs Representative II will maintain effective working relationships with governmental agencies and organizations that have direct impact on the Airports Authority. Serves in the Office of Communications and Government Affairs in Arlington, VA. Maintains liaison with the US Congress and various Federal executive branch agencies (e.g. Department of Transportation, Federal Aviation Administration, Transportation Security Administration) and the Commonwealth of Virginia, state of Maryland, District of Columbia and other local and regional legislative, regulatory and oversight entities that have direct impact on the Airports Authority’s enterprises, as assigned. Represents the Airports Authority at meetings and conferences with governmental organizations and supporting non-governmental organizations; participates in periodic meetings with federal, state, local government officials and Congressional staff to explain the Airports Authority’s status, actions and initiatives.

CONTRACTING OFFICER (CONSTRUCTION)
As a Contracting Officer (Construction), you will work in the Procurement and Contracts Department in the Office of Supply Chain Management in Arlington, VA. Supports pre-award and post-award contracting functions on large dollar value construction, architectural/engineering contracts, and other consulting, supply/service contracts and leasing and maintenance agreements for Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport (DCA), Washington Dulles International Airport (IAD), the Dulles Toll Road, supporting corporate functions, and, as assigned, the Dulles Corridor Metrorail Projects. Performs related functions. Chairs pre-construction/pre-performance conferences with contractor, COTR and, as required, representatives from the Airports Authority. Coordinates procurement method and contract administration for professional services such as A&E contracts, geotechnical, archeological and other consulting and service contracts.

AIRPORT OPERATIONS DUTY MANAGER
Serves in the Airport Operations Department at Washington Dulles International Airport (IAD). Performs airport management functions with responsibility for the safe and secure operation of the entire airport complex. Maximizes safety and security with minimal disruption to Airport operations. Reacts and responds to incidents, events, problems, and complaints in a professional manner and takes appropriate actions. Inspects the operational condition of the Airport complex during each tour of duty and ensures compliance with all related guidelines and requirements. Inspections include but are not limited to landside roads, terminal facilities, airfield runways, taxiways, safety areas, imaginary surfaces, NAVAIDS critical areas and lighting systems. Documents issues, discrepancies, and non-complying conditions concerning 14 FAR Part 139 and 49 FAR Part 1540 and 1542, and tenant activities to appropriate parties and reports for follow-up actions: monitors progress of corrections; determines severity of discrepancies and priority for corrective action.

AIRPORT OPERATIONS MANAGER
The Airport Operations Manager is responsible for assisting with the day-to-day airport operations designated by the Airport Director of Operations. Responsibilities include coordinating all airport operational activities within an airport environment, implementation of airport security policies, management of irregular operations, ensuring compliance with FAR 139 safety standards, ensuring compliance with TSA 49 CFR 1542 regulations, and ensuring compliance with any other applicable local, state, or federal guideline. May act as Director of Operations in their absence. This position maintains all qualifications and certifications for performance of TSA 49 CFR 1542 Security and FAA CFR Part 139 operations and assists with development of department policies, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and standard operating guidelines (SOG).

FINANCE MANAGER
Under general supervision of the Director of Airports, the Finance Manager will oversee all accounting, payroll, fiscal management, personnel functions of the Airport Authority. Responsibilities include: assisting lease and property administration; airport insurance program; fiscal administration of federal and state grant programs (Capital Improvement Program), prepare all accounting entries, monthly financial statements in accordance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and performs other duties as assigned to meet needs of the Authority.

AIRPORT OPERATIONS OFFICER
Under the direct supervision of Operations Supervisors, Airport Operations Officers at Williston Basin International Airport are responsible for assisting in the overall operation of airside, landside, and terminal areas on an assigned shift, including nights, weekends, and holidays. This position ensures compliance with Federal Aviation Regulations (FAR) Part 77 and 139, Transportation Security Regulation (TSR) Part 1542, and all other applicable statutes, regulations, and requirements and occasionally performs ARFF duties. This position is responsible for ensuring the safety and security of all airport users.

SUSTAINABILITY AND RESILIENCE PROGRAM DIRECTOR
Reporting to the Vice President of Planning and Development, the Sustainability and Resilience Program Director is responsible for oversight, execution, monitoring, and reporting for the Authority’s Sustainability and Resilience initiatives. This position fosters and facilitates a culture of sustainability and resilience throughout the Authority while serving as the lead representative for sustainability and resilience programs and initiatives. Establish and lead a team of Authority representatives (and interested tenants) to collaborate on sustainability and resilience issues. Coordinate with marketing and communications teams to prepare and execute communications programs to include collateral items, presentations, and special events related to sustainability and resilience programs and activities. Work with marketing and communications to develop website and social media presence for the sustainability and resilience programs. Identify and establish partnerships in the community to further the sustainability and resilience conversation and promote airport efforts.
