The Manager of Reliever Airports is responsible for the daily management, operations, security and maintenance of airports as assigned by the Director of Reliever Airports. Supervise maintenance personnel. Assist in the development, implementation, and enforcement of the Reliever Airports' policies, rules and regulations. OPERATIONAL READINESS AIRPORT TRANSITION (ORAT) SPECIALIST - LIMITED
This is a limited duration position and is expected to last no longer than three (3) years. PURPOSE: Support the Operational Readiness and Airport Transition (ORAT) team in the successful coordination of activation and opening new facilities at Seattle-Tacoma International Airport. The ORAT Specialist will be primary for maintaining Activation Schedules and the ORAT software/website that support multiple mega-cap projects. Provide logistical support for the ORAT team and hundreds of stakeholders as they transition into new facilities. This position will be fast paced, very dynamic, and working with an extremely energetic team of professionals who are responsible for opening multiple mega-capital projects at the airport.

CONSTRUCTION INSPECTOR (LEVELS II & III) - CONSOLIDATED RENTAL CAR FACILITY (CONRAC)
CVG is seeking a qualified and experienced construction inspector for the Consolidated Rental Car Facility (CONRAC) Construction Project. The primary project elements at this stage include Building Construction and some roadway. (List of buildings: quick turn around facility, including multilevel fueling system, ready return parking garage, ground transportation center, and customer service building). The construction estimate is +/-$180 million dollars. CVG has hired Messer Construction as the Construction Manager at risk firm for this project. Construction is scheduled to start the 1st quarter 2018 with facility commissioning and opening estimated 2nd quarter 2021. CVG has contracted with PGAL for design and construction administration/inspection services. This position will act as the owner’s representative ensuring that all aspects of construction are completed in accordance with plans and specifications and in the best interest of CVG supplementing construction inspection services provided by PGAL.

OPERATIONS SUPERVISOR
The Jackson County Rogue Valley International-Medford Airport is looking for a well-rounded, self-motivated individual who can work independently…the industry working title is Operations Supervisor. Previous Airport experience is a plus. The Rogue Valley International-Medford Airport is seeking a professional to help plan and oversee daily airside / landside operations. This individual will be responsible for aiding the Deputy Director - Operations in oversight and management of airport related safety, security and compliance measures at the Airport. This person will ensure that all airport activity is conducted in compliance with established federal rules and regulations, as well as Airport policies and procedures, and will coordinate all activity to do so. This position will act as a supervisor to the Airport’s Compliance Coordinators, and will be responsible for all documentation in regards to inspections, testing and training for the Operations department of the Airport.

JOINT OPERATIONS CENTER MANAGER
The Joint Operations Center (JOC) Manager oversees the Joint Operations Center to promote situational awareness and facilitate collaborative decision making among all airport stakeholders and multiple agencies and jurisdictions at Charlotte Douglas International Airport. This position manages the day-to-day operations of the Airport Operations Center, activates the Emergency Operations Center, and plans, monitors, and guides the coordination of joint response to operations, incidents and emergencies. The JOC Manager supervises and directs the work of the Airport Operations Center Supervisors and Coordinators and oversees the development of staff. Standard office hours apply Monday through Friday. Subject to irregular hours, overtime, emergency calls back to work.

AIRPORT MANAGER
The main responsibility of the Airport Manager is to ensure the safe and efficient operation of the Brandon Municipal Airport. This is a key leadership position that builds a workplace culture that is mutually respectful, productive and engaging within a predominately unionized work environment. This includes supporting staff and making sure that all personnel (internal and external) understand and follow all airport policies and procedures. The operations of the airport must comply with all Canadian Aviation regulations and procedures, or face non-compliance orders from regulatory bodies such as Transport Canada. DIRECTOR OF INTERNAL AUDIT
The Director of Internal Audit is responsible for conducting and supervising audits relating to financial activities of the Authority’s operations, recommends policies for activities to protect the assets and to prevent and detect fraud and abuse. This candidate directs and ensures the development and completion of a comprehensive audit program, provides an annual report, manages the solicitation and selection of the external auditor and directs audit staff and supplemental contracted staff in all aspects of implementing the audit plan, including identification, development, and documentation of audit issues and recommendation. This candidate develops recommendations for improving internal controls, operating efficiency, adequacy of records and record keeping and identifies and evaluates risk areas. This candidate will report to the CEO and provides information to the Authority Board and its audit committee as required under the Public Airport Authority Act, Public Act 90, Michigan Public Acts of 2002, effective March 26, 2002.

SENIOR COMMERCIAL PROPERTY MANAGER
GENERAL SUMMARY The Senior Commercial Property Manager is responsible for providing independent management oversight of the Indianapolis Airport Authority’s (the “IAA”) overall tenant base at Indianapolis International Airport and the IAA’s Reliever Airports, excepting the IAA’s vehicle parking operations, retail and car rental operations. The tenant base includes but is not limited to: airline space and support space, hangars, offices, warehouses, fixed base operators, and multi-tenant buildings. The Senior Commercial Property Manager has many duties and/or time allocation associated with the tenant base. Duties in this position include: administration and negotiations to the tenant base, report and document writing/approval to include all amendments to leases and permits, key tenant interactions and problem solving, support to legal matters, accounts receivable interaction with Finance, as well as, project management related activity based on tenant needs and desires including IAA capital infusion of monies to meet growth demands by the tenant base.
