DIRECTOR OF FINANCE
The Director of Finance directs, manages all finance policies, and activities of MidAmerica St. Louis Airport (BLV). The ideal candidate will have knowledge of modern best practices in accounting, auditing, business management and administration, including debt and investment management, and generally accepted accounting procedures (GAAP). CPA required with a background in public sector finance/accounting preferred. Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Accounting or Finance, with a graduate degree or graduate work in one of those fields; and five years of progressively responsible experience in accounting or finance and supervising others; or any equivalent combination of experience and training, 3-5 years, which provides the knowledge, skills and abilities necessary to perform the work. COMPLIANCE OFFICER
Manages the Airport’s Certification including its Airport Certification Manual, associated plans and documentations. Has functional responsibility to ensure all governing and supporting documents, including but not limited to, the Airport Certification Manual, Wildlife Hazard Management Plan, Snow and Ice Control Plan, remain current and up to date. Manages the Airport Security Program, fulfill Airport Security Coordinator role, works closely with TSA.

SENIOR AIRPORT OPERATIONS SPECIALIST
The Certification and Operations Division of the Santa Barbara Airport is currently recruiting for a Senior Airport Operations Specialist. The Senior Airport Operations Specialist serves, on a shift basis, as the Airport's central point of contact for airport tenants and outside agencies, as well as the Lead Airport Operations Specialist for coordination and supervision in the security operations center (SOC), and assists the Airport Operations Supervisor with duties and special projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in FAR Part 139 compliance; operations services and activities of an airport, as well as operational characteristics of airport security and communications equipment.
