AIRPORT SECURITY OPERATIONS SUPERVISOR
The Certification & Operations Division at the Santa Barbara Airport is growing and has an exciting new opportunity for a Security Operations Supervisor. This position is responsible for the Airport's security obligations under TSR 1542 and supervision of the Airport Badging Office. The incumbent will serve as primary Airport Security Coordinator; oversee all Division work activities; provide training to Airport/tenant employees. Serve as a supporting Supervisor to staff responsible for the control, monitoring, and dispatch functions of the Operations Center and the FAR Part 139 Self-Inspection Program. Respond to Airport emergencies; administer contracts for the access control system, ensure Airport badging programs comply with TSA regulations; maintain regulatory manuals such as the ASP; administer the budget and performance measures; prepare and present reports and other correspondence; act as liaison with TSA and airport tenants; and assist the Operations Manager. DIRECTOR OF AIRPORT PLANNING & DEVELOPMENT
The proponent will effectively manage a staff comprised of Department of Aviation and on-call planning and on-call environmental consultant staff to oversee all airport planning and environmental compliance initiatives. The individual provides day-to-day guidance to staff members on project-related issues as well as addresses administrative management functions (i.e., approvals for travel requests, leave requests, etc.) This is the highest level of strategic and/or operations management reporting to a top department executive or a department deputy. AIRPORT MANAGER (EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT)
Under general direction of the Hartsfield – Jackson Atlanta International Airport (HJAIA) C4 Emergency Management Director, the EOC Manager will be responsible for managing the day to day operations of the Emergency Operations Center within the Centralized Command & Control Center. The Emergency Manager is overall responsible for the emergency management program within the airport community. The emergency manager serves as an advisor to the Airport Executive leadership; works closely with the Director of Emergency Management; local, federal and state agencies; including the whole airport community stakeholders to collectively prepare, protect, prevent, mitigate, respond to and recover from natural, adversarial and technological emergencies. This Manager is responsible for managing a team, preparing, maintaining and updating the Airport Emergency Plan, responding to emergency situations, developing and implementing all emergency preparedness training, exercises and drills acting as a liaison with mutual aid agencies.
