AIRPORT DEVELOPMENT COORDINATOR
Under limited supervision, perform duties to support the Airport Director including administrative duties and coordination of the airport capital improvement program including grant administration, planning, project design, and project management functions; special projects as directed. Projects may include FAA mandated, state or local construction and improvement projects related to both airside and landside aspects of the Airport as well as responsibility for updating the airport's master plan, ALP or Exhibit A. Coordinates with airport operations and airport marketing on such projects. Reports to the Airport Director.

Responsibilities: Develop, refine, and evaluate alternatives for passenger terminal, airfield, AC parking layouts, apron planning, cargo and support facilities and landside facilities. Develop programmatic requirements for medium and large hub airports. Develop facility phasing/implementation plans. Support terminal and facility planning studies by developing written reports, graphics, and presentations.
