OPERATIONS SPECIALIST I AND II
The Bloomington Normal Airport Authority, operator of the Central Illinois Regional Airport is seeking motivated applicants for the position of Operations Specialist I and II. The Operations Specialist series is a position that reports directly to the Deputy Director of Operations and Facilities. Responsibilities include: Airside, Terminal and Landside operations; daily inspections; coordination of and response to emergency situations; NOTAM management; wildlife management; snow removal; serves as a liaison between airport management, tenants and the public; prepares appropriate security badges, implements and updates the Airport Certification Manual. Applicants must have a thorough knowledge of: FAR Parts 77, 139, TSR 1542 and 150 Airport Series Advisory Circulars; safety considerations in the operation of a commercial airport; safety precautions used in airport maintenance and construction; principles and procedures involved in the operation of a commercial airport; federal rules and regulations affecting airport operations; modern principles and practices of supervision and management.

ASSISTANT AIRPORT MANAGER
Come be a part of a growing airport with an exciting future! This position is responsible for all daily aspects of the airport. Supervises operations and maintenance staff in support of 24-hour operations as well as understanding all aspects of FAR Part 139 including ARFF, Snow, Wildlife, and Emergency Planning. Ensures compliance with FAA/TSA regulations, environmental rules and regulations, all airport policies and procedures. A significant amount of independent judgment and decision-making on operational matters is to be exercised. Experience in budget preparation, participating in contract negotiations and monitoring compliance with noise abatement Establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with a number of airport stakeholder groups including government officials, tenants, customers, and the general public. This position is considered essential and is subject to call 24-hours. Required: Bachelor’s degree and a valid driver’s license. A.A.E. preferred. Salary $65,335-$87,388. MECHANICAL ENGINEER
As a Mechanical Engineer II, you will provide authoritative technical guidance on a wide range of mechanical engineering issues and manage a variety of design projects related to mechanical systems and facilities at Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport (DCA), Washington Dulles International Airport (IAD), and the Dulles Toll Road (DTR). Serves in the Design Department of the Office of Engineering at the Metropolitan Washington Airports Authority. Develops conceptual designs, project scopes, and studies involving heating, ventilating and air conditioning systems, sewage and industrial waste collection and treatment facilities, domestic water distribution, fire protection, stormwater collection, aviation fueling, and related systems. Performs related functions.
