AIRPORT MANAGEMENT OFFICER I
The Maryland Aviation Administration is currently accepting applications for the position of Airport Management Officer I within the Office of Airport Operations at the Baltimore/Washington International Thurgood Marshall Airport (BWI Marshall). The Airport Management Officer I is responsible for assisting the Airport Operations Supervisor in coordinating and overseeing the 24-hour-a-day, 7-day-a-week, operation of BWI Marshall, thereby providing airport management continuity. The AMO I ensures the safe and efficient operation of all aircraft, airport support equipment, terminal buildings and other airport property that provide a service to BWI Marshall's tenants and the traveling public. REGISTERED ENGINEER
Assists the Deputy Director of Planning and Engineering with the airport's development and construction projects. Assists with efforts and execution of airport capital program/budget. Evaluates and executes the airport's capital program by planning and prioritizing capital projects, project programming to meet stakeholder needs, development and management of project budgets and implementation schedules and stakeholder coordination during implementation. Ensures all development complies with applicable FAA design standards, operating requirements and administrative requirements. Facilitates and reviews the construction of improvements made by the airport's tenants. Supports the preparation of federal, state and local grant applications when necessary for funding. Assists in the preparation of and/or prepares drawings, specifications, cost estimates, reports, contracts and requests for proposals (RFPs); utilizes professional seal where appropriate. Continuously monitors and inspects construction work quality, workmanship and material selection to ensure compliance with contract documents; identified deficiencies, recommends corrective actions; coordinates the resolution of issues between parties.

AIRPORT OPERATIONS AGENT
Responsible for skilled technical and inspection work assisting in ensuring the day-to-day safe and efficient operations of the airfield, terminals and public service functions of an airport. Conducts a variety of inspections and technical research. Prepares written reports. Directs interaction with airport tenants and their employees, airport users, federal, state and municipal employees and the general public. Provides classroom and practical instruction in airfield driving to airport employees, tenants, outside agencies and contractors. SENIOR PLANNER
Manages the design, construction and modification of multiple airfield planning/construction projects for KCI and Charles B. Wheeler Downtown Airport. Collaborates with Airport leadership on land use compatibility and zoning issues, facilities development and overall airport asset optimization. Represents the Department and provides specific project related information at assigned meetings including attendance at public meetings. Confers with officials and other representatives of governmental agencies, consulting firms and contractors on issues relating to projects being proposed or in progress. Consults with various divisions to determine project scope and requirements, design, project cost and project deadline. Oversees the GIS and CADD/BIM/REVIT systems, principles and staff. Perform airspace analysis and Part 77 related tasks. RAMP TOWER CONTROLLER
As a Ramp Tower Controller, you will control aircraft on the ramps and taxi lanes, dispatch mobile lounges to safely transport passengers, and monitor all aircraft and vehicles in the ramp area to ensure their safe, efficient, and expeditious ground movement. Serves in the Airport Operations Department at Washington Dulles International Airport (IAD).
