AIRPORT SAFETY MANAGER
The Airport Safety Manager is responsible for achieving the mission and goals of the Department of Aviation by ensuring facilities and systems are operating in accordance with established safety protocols and systems. Specifically, the position works to ensure the physical safety of employees and public through hazard identification and risk assessment, as well as through training and educational opportunities. This is a safety essential position during both normal, emergency and disaster circumstances. The position also has the authority to halt, suspend or terminate activities that have the clear likelihood of causing bodily injury. Knowledge of Federal Aviation Administration 14 CFR 139, 49 CFR 1542, Part 77, and other applicable airport regulatory requirements

DEPUTY GENERAL MANAGER II FOR MOBILITY STRATEGY AND PLANNING (DEPUTY EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR)
This position requires five years of full time paid senior-level managerial experience in the development, implementation, and management of airside or landside transportation services, regional and cross-jurisdictional transportation strategy and planning; and coordination and interface experience with stakeholders and agency partners. Experience in the industry could include transportation agency, engineering agency, elected office (with focus on transportation policy) or non profit group. Should have familiarity with roles and responsibilities of regional transportation agencies, local stakeholders and airports. License: A valid California driver’s license is required. Compensation: The salary range for this position is $163,845 - $246,175 annually, depending on qualifications and depth of experience. AIRPORT WILDLIFE SPECIALIST
Responsible for monitoring wildlife activities and habitat management efforts while developing and implementing training programs and wildlife prevention measures in compliance with federal, state and local regulatory requirements. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: 1. Maintains and manages the Airports Wildlife Hazard Management Plan. 2. Mitigates and eliminates hazardous wildlife and wildlife habitats on airport property and surrounding areas. 3. Evaluates and recommend preventative measures or actions to measurably control and contain the risk of wildlife strikes. 4. Traps, records, on zips, releases, and catalog plants, insects, birds, and mammals in accordance with regulatory guidelines. 5. Conducts inspections or audits as part of the scheduled Wildlife Hazard Management Plan. 6. Prepares daily, monthly, quarterly, and annual reports to management and regulatory agencies. 7. Under FAA guidelines, recommends and implements training programs associates with wildlife control and habitat management.

ENVIRONMENTAL OPERATIONS MANAGER
Dallas Airport System-Environmental Operations: Selected Candidate will manage Noise Abatement, Wildlife Management, and CBP International Waste Management Programs for Dallas Airport System which includes Dallas Love Field Airport a FAR Part 139 commercial airport. Maintaining a strong working relationship with FAA, USDA, TSA and U.S. Customs and Border Patrol to ensure that Dallas Airport System is in adherence to regulatory rules, policies and procedures. The Environmental Operations Manager role is actively engaged with the community that surrounds Dallas Love Field as to continue transparent communication on subjects considered to be politically Sensitive, this includes participation in various committees and advisories. This position leads a team of specialized airport professionals under the environmental division and is responsible for their evaluations and career guidance.
