DIRECTOR - PROPERTIES
Clinton National Airport is a seeking an executive professional that will be responsible for managing the Airport's properties, planning, and development activities. This person will also oversee expansion projects, lease agreements, design and construction, and property tax matters. Successful candidate will manage land acquisition, property tax matters, negotiate development contracts, and coordinate projects requiring AIP, PFC and other federal or state funds. They will oversee the design and construction process for all projects in compliance with the Airport’s Policies and Procedures. Must operate in accordance with all established FAA, TSA, federal and local laws and regulations.

Seeking an experienced, persuasive, collaborative public speaker who can advocate verbally and with written communication to educate various individuals and public groups about issues as RDU grows its infrastructure and goes about normal daily operations. An airport consulting background for 10-20 years concentrated on planning and environmental issues is ideal, as would experience from certain airports where a person has performed these tasks. A background in master planning compatibility studies, terminal area studies, financial studies is ideal. Experience making presentations to boards, commissions, and in public hearings where you’ve been an advocate for a certain outcome on airport issues is also relevant.
