the association receives from classified advertising goes directly to the AAAE Foundation.

AIRPORT OPERATIONS SPECIALIST (LEAD)
Incumbents in this position monitor airport operations for compliance with FAA rules and Airport Authority policies and regulations to ensure safety and efficient operations. Duties include performing Airfield Operations Specialist duties and coordinating and leading Airfield Operations Specialists. Work involves shift, weekend and holiday assignments; therefore, candidates must be available for overtime, mandatory 24 hour emergency response as needed and shift work. AIRFIELD OPERATIONS SPECIALIST
Incumbent will monitor airfield and terminal activities to insure compliance with Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), state and local regulations and internal operating procedures. Incumbent will monitor and operate communications equipment, respond to airfield and terminal emergencies and resolve tenant requests and complaints. Rotating shifts and weekend work are required. AIRPORT OPERATIONS SPECIALIST
This is an entry level position working with Airport Operations staff in maintaining the safety and security of the airport in accordance with Federal Aviation Regulation (FAR) Parts 107 and 139, and represents airport management in overseeing daily operations of the airport. Conducts airfield inspections, opens/closes airport movement areas as conditions warrant; issues Notices to Airmen (NOTAMs). Must possess ability to obtain all required security clearances. Shift work, weekends, and overnights to include some weekends and call-back.
