AAAE's position open advertising provides a valuable service to AAAE members, and all revenue the association receives from classified advertising goes directly to the AAAE Foundation. The Foundation has awarded more than 2,700 scholarships totaling $4.25 million since 1989.

08/26/19 AVIATION SAFETY MANAGER The Aviation Department which operates the Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport (FLL) and the North Perry Airport (HWO) is seeking qualified applicants for the position of Aviation Safety Manager. FLL is undergoing an expansion and capital improvement program which involves construction on both landside and airside operations. This is an outstanding opportunity for a candidate with aviation and construction experience to create and implement a safety program which will meet the requirements of all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations to ensure the safety and protection of employees, the public, and those working on airport property. The candidate must be able to work independently, create, implement and facilitate the acceptance of a safety culture for the airport and finally to implement, promote and educate employees, vendors and contractors working on the airport.
