CONTRACTS SENIOR ANALYST
The City of San Jose’s Airport Department is hiring for a Senior Analyst. The position of Senior Analyst, in the Airport Finance and Administration Division, provides support to the Airport Department in managing the Airport Contracts Unit. Functions in the Contracts Unit require significant coordination with Airport staff and tenants, City staff in various departments, supervision of staff and knowledge of the City’s contracting processes. The Senior Analyst position reports directly to the Administrative Officer in the Finance and Administration Division and may supervise one or more positions. PUBLIC SECTOR ACCOUNTING SOFTWARE CONSULTANT
GCR seeks a Public Sector Accounting Software Consultant with functional experience in at least two of the following business areas: General Ledger, Accounts Receivable, Cash Management (CM), or Accounts Payable (AP). As an Accounting Software Consultant, you are primarily responsible for capturing, analyzing and estimating customer business requirements and translating them into solution that fit within the customer’s business environment, GCR product functionality, and business objectives. You will lead complex functional/process analysis and facilitate workshops with senior customer resources and subject matter experts. Capture and understand client’s business requirements and specific system, application, or process designs. You will also be in involved in the bid process in mapping the client requirements to the base product functionality to determine the product’s fit. AIRPORT OPERATIONS SUPERVISOR - AIRSIDE
The Airport Operations Supervisor - Airside is responsible for functionality and safety of the Air Operations Area (AOA) by maintaining compliance with FAA regulations to ensure the airport retains its operating certificate. Airside Operations monitors stakeholders for compliance with federal regulations as well as HAS operating instructions through joint coordination and communication with all airport groups and stakeholders. The team responds to and coordinates incident and emergencies by implementing appropriate procedures, collaborating with first responders, and analyzing and taking appropriate action to assure continuity of service, operations, and airport services during all incidents and emergencies. The Airport Operations Supervisor – Airside serves as a leader in Airside Operations and maintains a safe and secure airport environment by supervising airside functions to include airport operations and tenant area inspections. This position maintains efficiencies and safety and help employees to become experts in their job functions.

REAL PROPERTY SPECIALIST (NEGOTIATOR) (NON-COMPETITIVE)

AIRPORT MAINTENANCE SUPERINTENDENT (MANAGER)

MAINTENANCE SUPERINTENDENT
The Maintenance Superintendent classification typically reports to the Vice President of Facilities and is responsible for planning, organizing, and directing the management of a building maintenance program of multiple Birmingham Airport Authority owned buildings. Responsibilities include supervising trades and contractors that execute building operation and maintenance, repair and modification, space management, security, and facility assessments and sustainability planning. Incumbents in this classification will also be responsible for fiscal management. Responsibilities: • Leads the hiring, safety, training, development, productivity, work quality, and the overall effectiveness of maintenance supervisors and hourly employees from multiple craft disciplines. • Plans, recommends, and adjusts for optimal staffing within areas of responsibility to ensure adequate resources are available to safely complete work within time and budgetary commitments during both routine maintenance and outages.
