AIRPORT OPERATIONS SECURITY COORDINATOR

AIRPORT OPERATIONS TRAINING AND SAFETY SUPERVISOR
Under the direction of the Airport Operations Manager, responsible for initial and recurrent ARFF, Part 139 within the Operations and Maintenance departments. Ensures airport compliance with safety standards, corporate policies. Supports the Airport Operations Manager in day-to-day functions of the Operations Department. Maintain and prepare all documentation for the annual FAR 139 Certification. Collaborates with management to develop, implement and oversee safety procedures and training programs, coordinating efforts with Corporate Office, as necessary. Available and able to cover Airport Operations Shifts including mandatory overtime. Assist with snow removal operations and aircraft rescue and firefighting on their assigned shift, report discrepancies, create work orders and issue NOTAMS. Responds to emergencies involving aircraft, personnel, security and other incidents and carries out the Airport’s Emergency Plan. Support and assist the efforts of the other airport departments. All other administrative and operational duties assigned by management.

MANAGER, FACILITY ASSETS
Responsible for the development, implementation, and administration of an asset management program and associated asset management systems (AMS) that include policies, standards, methods, procedures, and manual and automated processes. Develop asset management program concepts and engage other appropriate persons and departments in comparative assessments of those concepts to prepare recommendations. Utilize in-depth understanding of the capabilities and configuration options of the CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) and other enterprise automated systems to meet AMS program requirements and ensure successful implementation. Participate in the implementation of automation requirements and in the testing, training and use of those processes as incorporated into the CMMS and other applications such as GIS and Oracle Financials.

LAND USE/ENVIRONMENTAL PLANNER II-AIRPORTS
As a Land Use/Environmental Planner II supporting the County's Airports Division, you will provide assistance to staff and management regarding a full range of airports functions, including operations, maintenance activities, public relations, real property, and long-term facility and environmental planning. You will coordinate the preparation of airport reviews and studies, including Part 150 studies, Master Planning, Airport Layout Plans, etc. to ensure compliance with FAA advisory circulars, State, and Local regulations and development guidelines. The ideal candidate is a knowledge worker who communicates effectively verbally and in writing to stakeholders and audiences, takes initiative as a self-starter, is customer-focused, values and respects others, drives to excel, facilitates teamwork and collaboration, learns continuously, demonstrates ethical behavior, and supports forward-thinking and change. AIRPORT OPERATIONS COORDINATOR I
Under the direction of the Airport Security and Operations Center Manager, the Operations Coordinator I provides centralized security and communications oversight for the airport while working in the 24/7/365 Airport Operations Center. The primary duties of this position include monitoring surveillance cameras, access points, alarms, energy management systems, weather-related equipment, phones, and radios. AOCs assist with terminal, TSA & FAA inspections, tests and audits as well as assisting airport management on matters involving safety, security, and customer service. Acting as “Trusted Agents”, AOCs are responsible for viewing, recording, and processing background checks for airport badge holders. Promotion opportunities exist after 12 months of service.
