DIVISION MANAGER - AIRPORT OPERATIONS AND FACILITIES
This position is responsible for ensuring all Department of Aviation facilities; systems and equipment are maintained in accordance with industry standards and to exceed customer expectations for safety, aesthetics, convenience, reliability and value. The facilities involved are the terminal building and all other City of Dayton owned buildings, roadways and grounds, and airfield pavements and grounds. The systems and equipment related components consist of mechanical/electrical/plumbing systems, fire detection and protection, and all City of Dayton owned vehicles including heavy equipment. This position oversees the activities of terminal maintenance, airfield maintenance, garage maintenance and airport operations staff and includes FAA Part 139 compliance responsibility.

AIRFIELD TECHNICIAN
RMMA is currently seeking an Airfield Technician for a multi-functional role in an organization that thrives on collaboration, vigor, and ever-changing challenges. The position requires a self-starter that brings organization, positive energy, and motivation for growth. The Airfield Technician will perform airfield maintenance on airport facilities by mowing, cleaning and repair work on all runways, taxiways, perimeter fence and access roads, storm water systems and drainage, pavement marking, asphalt/concrete repairs and installation, and crack sealing in order to maintain FAA and Part 139 standards. Other responsibilities include operating intermediate and heavy equipment used in airport maintenance for snow and ice control/removal operations. This position is also responsible for maintaining records and preparing reports related to airfield maintenance and repair activities. The Technician will also enforce safety rules and regulations and is responsible for work progressing according to project plans and specifications.
