AIRPORT OPERATIONS MANAGER - TERMINAL
The Airport Operations Manager serves as one of four duty managers and is primarily responsible for management of commercial terminal operations and security, including TSA 1542 compliance, facility and grounds maintenance, and general aviation programs. The Operations Manager implements and enforces tenant lease agreements, operating agreements, airport rules and regulations, airport minimum standards, and standard operating procedures. Coordinates maintenance work orders, capital projects and administers the airport Operating and Capital budgets, and federal and/or state grants. The Operations Manager is the primary point of contact for federal, state and local agencies, as well as tenants and the public. This position reports to the Director of Aviation. Incumbent must successfully pass a Criminal History Records Check (CHRC) and Security Threat Assessment (STA).

AIRPORT OPERATIONS COORDINATOR
DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES/ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS The purpose of the Airport Operations Coordinator is to provide support throughout the Airside Operation section of the Houston Airport System. The Airside Operations business unit is to provide a safe and secure environment for users, tenants, and employees. The Airport Operations Coordinator ensures the airfield meets all FAR 139 and FAA Spaceport requirements to provide a safe and efficient airfield operating environment for aircraft, vehicles and personnel. This position participates in various phases of emergency management and irregular operations, special operations and events, while interacting with airport tenants, federal agencies, and airport management, military, and general public. "Must be able to pass a criminal background check, obtain and maintain federally mandated security clearances where required."

AIRPORT CHIEF TECHNOLOGY OFFICER

ASSISTANT DIRECTOR OF AVIATION
The Assistant Director of Aviation coordinates Air Services Development planning to grow commercial air services at the Corpus Christi International Airport. The purpose of this position is to grow air service, reduce enplanement leakage, address the need for more demand for new and expanded air services and any other projects that may increase air service at the Corpus Christi International Airport. The Assistant Director serves in a senior leadership role to support the department Director through long term strategic planning and displaying sound judgement in department programs and services.
