PORT OF OAKLAND AIRPORT OPERATIONS SPECIALIST II OAKLAND, CA SALARY: $6,520 - $8,077 per month The Port of Oakland is seeking qualified candidates for the position of Airport Operations Specialist II. The incumbent performs work involving a variety of airport operations duties related to compliance, enforcement and customer service related functions essential to the 24hr operation of an international airport. The classification’s scope of work includes airfield, airside and landside operations in support of airside inspections, gate management, terminal operations, parking and ground transportation, general aviation, aircraft basing, aviation security, ID badge/access control programs, as well as other airside and landside functions. This classification may be required to rotate between various assignments in the areas referenced above.

DIRECTOR OF DEVELOPMENT
In this position you will play a key role in all Capital Improvement Projects at DEN by creating standardized processes that will foster consistency from project to project. We will look to the successful candidate to grow this team to meet the needs of the 5 year CIP plan. CONSTRUCTION INSPECTOR
Responsible for inspecting all aspects of construction projects for MNAA and ensuring compliance with plans, specifications, building codes, laws, and regulations. Other responsibilities include generating reports of conditions from inspection activities, notifying management of significant problems, and completing documentation to attest to satisfactory completion of inspection or test activities. Essential Job Responsibilities: Inspects projects for compliance with contract plans and specifications, standards, permit and code requirements, and other state and federal regulatory requirements. Performs physical inspections in a variety of disciplines, such as concrete, buildings, electrical, heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC), and insulation. Ensures that direction, procedures, and standards are being followed and provides guidance as necessary. Documents status of construction of projects. Assembles information for the preparation of construction reports and studies.

AIRPORT OPERATIONS COORDINATOR
This position is responsible for assisting the senior Airport Staff with a variety of tasks including regulatory compliance, project coordination, strategic long-term planning and operational issues relating to airport airside and landside functions. Performs day-to-day routine activities that are required to keep the airport operating efficiently and effectively. Ensures compliance of FAA Part 139 and TSA Part 1542 regulations. Provides operational support to various departments and supporting agencies. Makes use of available tools to ensure efficiency and accuracy of work, analyzes airport's needs, recommends and implements procedural changes. Performs other duties as required.Indoor/outdoor working environment with exposure to a variety of extreme environmental conditions. AIRPORT/ENVIRONMENTAL PLANNER
The Rochester, NY Office of Passero Associates has an exceptional career opportunity for an Airport/Environmental Planner to work on a broad range of airport planning, environmental planning, obstruction analysis, and sustainability projects. Responsibilities include technical analysis, report writing, public presentations, client interaction, and coordination/management with other staff members. Qualifications/ Experience: Bachelor Degree in planning, aviation, transportation, environmental planning, or related field, 0-4+ years of airport/environmental planning experience, exposure to environmental requirements (NEPA/SEQRA) preferred, experience with airport noise and air quality modeling software, a plus, knowledge of AutoCAD, and/or ability to self-prepare Airport Layout Plan drawings.
