AIR SERVICE DEVELOPMENT MANAGER
Essential Job Functions: Supervise the execution of long and short-term air service development plans; Initiate and maintain productive client relationship management strategies to increase the use of the Airport; Work directly with the Director of Aviation to develop regional strategy for strengthening air service; Develop strong relationships with current and potential customers; build a rapport with airlines and stakeholders; Conduct research on passenger, cargo, and general aviation service wants/needs; Coordinate complex and diverse projects, often with competing priorities and deadlines; Manage airline rates and charges; ensure rates and charges are competitive with comparable airports; Identify industry trends and legislative and economic factors that have potential to disrupt existing air service; Formulate creative marketing strategies and presentations; Direct the research and analysis process related to macroeconomic factors; Partner with the Communications department to develop marketing materials; Establish short- and long-range goals for air service development projects.

EXECUTIVE AIRPORT DIRECTOR
The Iberia Parish Airport Authority is seeking an Executive Director to plan and administer the overall operation of Acadiana Regional Airport and LeMaire Memorial Airport. The position is responsible for a budget of over $1.5 million annually and a staff of 7 full and part time positions. The Executive Director reports directly to the Iberia Parish Airport Authority. Previous experience and/or training that includes progressively responsible airport management experience at a general aviation or commercial service airport. The ideal candidate will possess experience as an Airport Manager, Assistant Airport Manager, or Airport Operations Supervisor at a Part 139 airport: experience managing employees; experience in budgeting and management; or any equivalent combination of education, training, and experience which provides the requisite knowledge, skills, and abilities for this job. MANAGER, CONCESSION ACTIVITIES
The Maryland Aviation Administration (MDOT MAA) is currently accepting applications for the Manager of Concession Activities (Commercial Management Officer V) at the Baltimore/Washington International Thurgood Marshall Airport (BWI Marshall Airport). The Manager of Concession Activities is responsible for the management of the lease and concession contract for food and beverage, retail and services concessions program under a master concession developer and other concession contracts. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, reviewing and approving sublease agreements between the master concession developer and concession operators; monitoring concession revenue and activities; reviewing and approving conceptual designs for new and re-designed concession units; monitoring compliance contracts and performance of the master concession developer and its subtenants; and contributing to airport terminal development, expansion with regards to concession needs. MANAGER, AIRPORT PROPERTY DEVELOPMENT
The Maryland Aviation Administration (MDOT MAA) is currently accepting applications for the Manager of Airport Property Development (Commercial Management Officer V) at the Baltimore/Washington International Thurgood Marshall Airport (BWI Marshall Airport). The Manager of Airport Property Development is responsible for managing and coordinating a large and diverse portfolio of properties and facilities that support passenger and cargo operations at BWI Marshall and Martin State Airports. This position is responsible for maintaining revenue-generating property inventory with current and available space and maximizing inventory to create new revenue streams. The Manager of Airport Property Development serves as the liaison between the Office of Commercial Management and various MDOT MAA offices relative to tenant projects and tracking projects to completion. ANNUAL SALARY: $64,147.20-$77,542.40 CLOSING DATE: 09/23/2019 11:59 PM POSITION SUMMARY: Direct, manage, supervise and coordinate airport security and the security access control functions for the Aviation Department; oversee the operation of the Airport Security Program (ASP); coordinate security requirements with appropriate Federal, State and local agencies including airline and airport tenants; monitor and evaluate the workplace to ensure compliance with the Transportation Security Administration (TSA) regulations and the Airport Security Plan; develop and implement security training for all airport employees; and provide highly responsible and complex staff assistance to the Associate Director of Aviation Operations and Planning.
