SECURITY ACCOUNT MANAGER - PHX
Allied Universal Security Services has a potential opening for a Site Security Manager at the Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport (PHX). The filling of this position is contingent upon contract award. The position is responsible for directing and implementing all assigned functional security programs related to 49 CFR Part 1542 for airport security functions at this airport. Frequently interacts within the airport community including, but not limited to the airport authority, airlines, TSA, law enforcement, and local government officials. The Account Manager is accountable for day-to-day operations of an assigned account, including hiring, training, disciplining and terminating staff. Build, improve and maintain relationships with clients and employees: develop & retain staff; coordinate needed support services and solve problems to effectively run the account. Meet or exceed financial & operational goals; provide quality customer service. AIRPORT OPERATIONS SUPERVISOR
Experienced Position. Performs various duties as dictated by operational requirements including but limited including: Perform airfield inspections and maintain records of all aeronautical areas including pavement, markings, lighting, safety areas, wildlife mitigation, construction, emergency equipment, and fueling practices. Responsible for snow removal operation and aircraft rescue and fire fighting on assigned shifts. Maintain and record aircraft activities during the assigned shift. Represent the Airport Manager in routine operational matters. Coordinate construction and maintenance activities on or near the facility to ensure airport safety standards and maintain operational status. Maintain airport security standards of FAR Part 1542 and the Airport Security Plan. Assist the Airport Operations Manager in training and development of the operations staff. Responsible for individual assigned duties and special projects. Responsible for the safe and efficient operation of Airport Terminal Building Complex. Assist in professionally answering the noise complaint phone, involving citizen complaints and compiling data on callers.
