DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS
The City of Garden City owns and operates the Garden City Regional Airport (GCK). GCK is a non-hub primary EAS airport located in Southwest Kansas. The Director of Operations reports directly to the Director of Aviation. The Director of Operations is responsible to manage all aspects of airport operations complying with Part 139 regulations, maintenance of buildings, grounds, vehicles, and equipment, managing snow operations, pavement maintenance, emergency operations, security operations, and will supervise four full time employees. Our growing airport needs an experienced and resourceful Director of Operations to develop growth in staff and facilities.

AIRPORT OPERATIONS AGENT
Performs daily inspections of airfield operations, and facilities to ensure compliance with the Airport Certification Manual under Federal Aviation Regulations (FAR) Part 139 and other applicable federal regulations; interprets and applies all information from FAA Advisory Circulars and Cert Alerts. Administers and audits airfield inspection programs and training documentation regulated by FAA Part 139. Compliance with applicable federal, state, and local regulations including, but not limited to FAA Part 139, FAA Part 77, and TSA Part 1542. Responds to incidents and/or accidents on the airfield, provides support and coordination with ARFF & mutual aid / first responders. Maintains records of work performed each day and submits to supervisor. Issues and cancels notices to airmen (NOTAMS) on airfield conditions. Coordinates with the air traffic control tower in order to escort personnel and equipment on the airfield. Performs other job-related duties as assigned by the Supervisor and Management Staff. AIRPORT DIRECTOR
The City of Renton Public Works Department is seeking a qualified individual to join our team as the Airport Director for the Renton Airport. The Renton Airport is located at the southern end of Lake Washington in the Seattle area, and one of the few facilities that has both a paved runway as well as a seaplane ramp. In addition to having general aviation uses, the facility also has designated manufacturing space at the airport due to the immediate adjacency of Boeing Company ‘s 737 Manufacturing Plant which utilize the airport as the departure point for every new Boeing 737 aircraft produced. Under general direction of the Public Works Administrator, the selected individual will be responsible to manage, direct, and coordinate the activities, operations, and maintenance at the Renton Airport.

AIRPORT OPERATIONS SUPERVISOR
Under limited supervision, assist with the daily operation of four airports within the Horry County Department of Airport’s system. Responsibilities include airside and landside incident management, ground transportation management, conflict resolution, management of airfield and ramp operations, facility inspections, air carrier gate assignments and interaction with airport tenants, passengers and contractors.
