VICE PRESIDENT, CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER - MNAA
Reporting to the President and Chief Executive Officer, the Vice President, Chief Financial Officer is responsible for planning, organizing, and directing the multi-faceted financial and fiscal management functions of the Metropolitan Nashville Airport Authority (MNAA) including financial planning and analysis, budgeting and accounting, financial investment, debt management, grant financial administration, and oversight of rates and charges. Other responsibilities include chairing the pension committee, and overseeing the implementation of improved systems, methods, and procedures related to MNAA's financial matters. The MNAA owns and operates Nashville International Airport (BNA) and John C. Tune Airport (JWN).Candidates must have a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field and thorough working knowledge of regulations, laws, and requirements that correlate to administering the financial functions of a commercial service airport. CADD SPECIALIST
Under general supervision, provides computer aided design and drafting (CADD) and Building Information Modeling (BIM) services; obtains and enters complex architectural and engineering data into computer aided drafting system; maintains as-built facility drawings and specifications. Essential Job Responsibilities: Responsible for the configuration, maintenance, and management of drawings within the CADD and/or BIM systems. Having a combination of technical proficiency in MicroStation, AECOsim BIM, Adobe CC, and MS Office; prepares engineering/architectural drawing plan set, including layout plans, exhibits, and associated services for projects related to the alteration, improvement or expansion of airport facilities utilizing CADD/BIM; performs field inspections and surveys, assists in site development studies; assists in terminal development studies and developing architectural design standards; obtains data from within the Authority from other engineers and consultants concerning modifications to airfield, building facilities, underground facilities, etc. and incorporates this data into the CADD/BIM system.

CONTRACTS COORDINATOR
This is a professional position responsible for all administration of airline and airline support company leases, space rental agreements and use permits executed by the IAA. This position communicates with airline and airline related tenants, contractors and users at the airport, and general aviation airports.The Contracts Coordinator is responsible for creation of documents and/or amendments in consultation with the Tenant Relations & Contracts Specialist and other team members of the Commercial Enterprise Department.Creates and manages contracts, including the airline space/rental obligations and tenant spacebook reconciliation, while consistently managing the follow up of a myriad of customer (internal/external) requests, as well as review and creation of lease synopsis information for inclusion into PropWorks data base. Creates, maintains and manages all property and retail agreements in the database (Propworks), as well as provides direction and works with Commercial Enterprise department assistants and other staff as required to achieve success within the organization.
