DEPUTY CHIEF INFORMATION OFFICER, IT INFRASTRUCTURE & OPERATIONS
The Deputy CIO, IT Infrastructure & Operations will have direct oversight for all IT network infrastructure and operations at Philadelphia International Airport (PHL) and Northeast Philadelphia Airport (PNE) (collectively, "PHL"). Essential Functions: Develop/lead team responsible for managing core technology infrastructure. Responsible for end-to-end delivery of PHL's network and server infrastructure. Ensure infrastructure and network operation services operate with a high degree of availability, reliability and resiliency; apply generally accepted industry standards (e.g. ITIL). Establish SLAs and Operating Level requirements. Manage/maintain PHL's data centers and servers including virtual servers. Work with systems integration team to create/maintain long-term enterprise services integration/communication/lifecycle management plans. Performs other related duties. Minimum bachelor’s degree from accredited college or university. Fifteen (15) years experience in IT infrastructure and operations with at least 10 years managerial experience. Must be able to pass and maintain SIDA clearance. Philadelphia residency required.
