AVIATION PROPERTY MANAGEMENT & CONTRACT COMPLIANCE MANAGER
This Program Manager position oversees the Property Management & Contract Compliance team in the Business & Properties Division, and is responsible for monitoring and enforcing compliance with real property leases and revenue and services contracts, to include insurance, bonds, rental rate adjustments, and other terms and conditions. This position will oversee a staff of two. This position will provide guidance and oversight for contract and property lease compliance. This position will develop and implement new processes to ensure expiring agreements are addressed proactively, oversee General Aviation Specialized Aviation Service Operator (SASO) permitting, oversee the leasing of General Aviation hangars, property management. This position will also be responsible for coordinating with multiple divisions including Financial Management, Planning, Operations, Facilities, Audit, and Legal, to implement Department-wide business strategies, and will assist the other Business & Properties Program Managers with a variety of Airlines, Concessions, and Real Estate Development projects.

AVIATION REAL ESTATE PROGRAM MANAGER
This Program Manager position oversees the Real Estate Development team in the Business & Properties Division is responsible for developing, recommending, and implementing complex lease agreements with a variety of stakeholders. This position will oversee a staff of two. This position will develop and implement negotiating strategies based on Aviation Department business needs and strategic plan. AVIATION AIRLINES PROGRAM MANAGER
This Program Manager position oversees the Aviation Business Section team in the Business & Properties Division. This position provides direct daily supervision and leadership to a team of 5 professionals and 2 administrative staff. It is responsible for leading negotiations and managing all leases and business agreements for commercial and general aviation program tenants, managing airport terminal and cargo building space (approx. 2.4M square feet), monitoring tenant contract compliance for insurance, bonds, rental adjustments, and lease amendments, and monitoring tenant business activity and accounts totaling over $150M in annual revenue.
