MANAGER, REAL ESTATE AFFAIRS
The Manager, Real Estate Affairs is responsible for activities related to real estate, lease and contract management and compliance, and property management, including interfacing with MNAA staff, legal counsel, tenants, and government agencies. Other responsibilities include drafting, processing, and reviewing documents for legal approval, participating in the negotiation of leases and agreements with tenants. Drafts, processes, and reviews documents for legal approval; Interfaces with MNAA staff, legal counsel, tenants, and government agencies regarding real estate matters, property management, and contract compliance; Create and execute upon strategic land development plans; Develop plans and processes for tenant retention, lease renewal and re-leasing; Develop processes and procedures for monitoring contracts, leases and other agreements; Manages the development of requests for proposal (RFPs), requests for qualifications (RFQs), and other solicitation documents; Participates in the negotiation of leases and agreements with tenants.

ASSISTANT AIRFIELD MANAGER - GOVERNMENT CONTRACTOR
Phoenix Management Inc. is currently seeking a candidate to fill the Assistant Airfield Manager position at Grissom Air Reserve Base. Position requires performance of a variety of Airfield Management services pertaining to Airfield Driving Program Management, pre-flight planning, coordination and maintaining liaison with military, federal, internal and local agencies concerning flight planning, training routes utilization, flight movement messages and search and rescue operations. Additional duties include but not limited to that of airfield inspections and checks to ensure compliance with Air Force Instructions and FAA criteria, provide flight following services, maintain and process NOTAMs. Requires three (3) years' management experience in airfield management at a civil or military airport. Candidate must have been awarded USAF AFM certification, or equivalent education. Candidate must have completed the Advanced Airfield Managers course. Must be able to obtain a Secret security clearance .

STATE AIRPORT PLANNER
Bismarck, North Dakota. The Airport Planner is the state aeronautics representative for airports which will require strong involvement with airport planning consultants, airport managers, and FAA officials. The Airport Planner provides an analysis of technical data and project work in the airside and landside planning within an airport setting. Airport Planners manage or participate in the development and implementation of airport master plans, airport layout plans, and statewide aviation planning studies. The Airport Planner will also serve as an airport inspector to collect data at public general aviation airports within the state. A working knowledge of Federal Aviation Regulations, FAA Advisory Circulars, and airport design standards is beneficial. The Airport Planner is also a program manager for state airport grant funds and a major contributor towards the recommendation and allocation of federal Airport Improvement Program (AIP) funds for airports. ASSISTANT MANAGER AIRPORT OPERATIONS
Ensure proper training and staffing of personnel, assists or directs emergency response efforts, oversees snow removal/construction activities, oversees airfield/terminal facilities/roadways, ensures the needs of passengers and stakeholders are met during routine and emergency situations. Assumes Airport Operations Manager duties during their absence. Maintain compliance with FAR Part 139 in the absence of higher authority and provide continuity of operations especially during emergencies or inclement weather. Ensure compliance with regulations of Federal, State, and County, established policies and procedures, oversee Airport Inspection programs; Oversee coordination of construction, maintenance, snow removal activities, winter charter operations; Respond to Airport Emergencies; Recommend and develop policies and procedures and ensure compliance; Evaluate personnel performances, write reviews, discipline, ensure personnel compliance with established work rules and standard operating procedures; Oversee FAA-mandated training program; Coordinate with airport tenants and stakeholders for impacts to airport operations; Formulate and coordinate special events and prepare reports, documents and presentations.
