AIR SERVICE DEVELOPMENT & COMMUNICATIONS ADMINISTRATOR
This position oversees, manages, and develops air service with a focus on business and leisure traveler needs. Works with local airline management and airlines’ headquarters staff to develop policy, maximize current operations and effect future service. Oversees communications functions including website, social media, and others. Serves on the OAA Public Affairs team with other assigned members, preparing and disseminating information for the news media, participating in news interviews and conducting public presentations. This is an administrative and supervisory exempt position and reports to the Chief Information & Development Officer. Bachelor's degree or any combination of education and experience, including knowledge of complex FAA requirements and the aviation industry. Able to conduct quantitative analysis of air service market conditions, volumes, traffic flow, yield analysis, demographic profiles, forecasts and competing market information using computer software programs including ACT, Tableau, DOT, and DIIO.

AIRPORT IT MANAGER
The Airport IT Manager is responsible for planning, organizing, and directing all operations and strategic planning of Information Technology (IT) at the Airport. Oversees and exercises control over the Airport’s network infrastructure, firewalls and security issues, computer systems, cabling plant and telecommunications operational activities including providing technical services, administration, documentation and procurement. This includes recommending IT policies and procedures and formulating and executing a long-term strategy for the Airport. The Airport IT Manager leads a staff of embedded professionals and manages consultants who are responsible for IT service delivery to internal staff and tenants. Position reports to the Chief Information Officer and is expected to be self-directed in the implementation of IT goals. The position is located at Eisenhower Airport and operates as an extension of Airport staff exclusively in support of Airport IT systems and infrastructure.

OPERATIONS SPECIALIST
The Greater Asheville Regional Airport Authority (GARAA) is seeking an outstanding individual who can maintain airport compliance with Federal Aviation Regulations (FAR) Part 77 and 139, Transportation Security Regulation (TSR) Part 1542, and all other applicable statutes, regulations and requirements and ensures the safety and security of all airport users. Responsibilities will include performing airport airside and landside inspections, coordinate and monitor construction activities, and other operations functions. This position, with supervision, will conduct dispatching, communications, airport badging, and duties performed in the Airport Communications Center and Airport Operations Center. A Bachelor's degree in aviation management, business administration, or a related field is preferred; or in lieu of a degree, a minimum of two years of work experience at a commercial service airport performing functions of a similar nature.
