The Facilities Supervisor reports directly to the Terminal Director and is responsible for planning, directing, coordinating maintenance and cleanliness of all airport facilities. The facilities manager will manage vendor relations and serve as a liaison to ensure that all facility safety systems and procedures are being followed. This person will be responsible for construction projects, preventative maintenance of equipment, mechanical systems, electrical systems, and facilities as well as participate in the development of service requisitions, review proposals , negotiate and administer contracts as well as manage the efficiency and effectiveness of services to customers by acting on suggestions and participates as an active member of the management team. The Facilities Supervisor must also qualify as a Terminal Duty Manager and must be comfortable in frequent, consistent, and proactive contact with tenants, peers and the public as well as overseeing the day-to-day operations of the terminal on an as needed basis.

The Terminal Operations Duty Manager reports directly to the Director of Operations and oversees the day-to-day operation of the terminal. This highly visible representative of PAPF is the primary point of contact for information regarding daily operational issues while on duty. The TDM may at times be the most senior representative of Propeller on-site and as a result will be primary operational point-of-contact to airlines, airport customers, contractors, airport employees and all others who may have concerns regarding the terminal operation. Frequent, consistent and proactive contact with tenants, peers, government agents and the public is essential. The Terminal Operations Duty Manager will ensure that the terminal and its ancillary facilities operate safely, efficiently, and in compliance with all regulations and sound operating practices. The TDM manager will coordinate and oversee gate assignments, CUTE equipment assignments, ground handling activities, terminal curb frontage, ground transportation activities, parking lots, and other operational areas.

In this position, you will be responsible for coordinating all planning and development activities of the Airport (Colorado Springs Airport), including Business Park and General Aviation development. You will also work with other divisions, outside agencies, and the public to provide professional assistance, detailed and conceptual airfield and landside planning, rezoning, platting, development plan review, and coordination of development within the FAA (Federal Aviation Administration) guidelines.

Under general supervision, responsible for all Airport checks, inspections, security checks, communications, work order, airport security system oversight, CCTV monitoring, escort coordination and emergency response. The Hillsborough County Aviation Authority is seeking a Director of Enterprise Risk Management. The director will collaborate with departments to identify, assess, and mitigate risk, and capitalize on opportunities in all phases of the Authority’s operations. Reports findings and makes recommendations regarding risk exposures, evaluates the need for and directs the purchase of various insurance products and services, and oversees the Authority’s employee safety program. Graduation from an accredited four-year degree granting college or university and five years of experience in enterprise risk management, development of insurance portfolios, evaluation of insurance needs, risk and loss control, safety, risk reduction, or an equivalent combination of experience. The ability to assess exposures and determine the applicable insurance coverage needed to protect the Authority and process claim information to conclusion.
