AIRPORT PROPERTY AGENT
Position serves a critical role on the San Antonio Airport System’s (SAAS) Revenue Development Team. Performs a variety of functions related to SAAS’s business development, property management, airline affairs, and concessions programs. The Revenue Development Team is hyper focused on the optimization of airport revenues through the utilization of business intelligence, aggressive innovation, partnership development, and strategic planning. This highly cross functional role serves as primary liaison between SAAS and airport tenants, provides day-to-day tactical business management of portfolio, assist in negotiations of leases and operational agreements, policy development, regulatory compliance, department strategies, and develops effective and impactful business deals to improve airport revenues, increase the economic impact of our airports to our community, and improve offerings to users and tenants. AIRPORT MANAGER - PARKING
The Aviation Department which operates the Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport and the North Perry Airport is seeking qualified applicants for the position of Airport Manager for Parking Operations. This is advanced specialized work in the management of all activities related to Airport Parking operations management, and revenue, operating and capital budgeting at the Ft. Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport (FLL). The Airport Manager is responsible for managing and coordinating all functions of the Parking program at FLL with estimated revenues of $60 million. This includes managing and coordinating the operations of three structured garages that have approximately 11,400 spaces that provide self-parking for the public, a curbside valet service along with a parking operation that accommodates approximately 12,000 permitted employees and a surface lot with approximately 4,000 spaces at the FLL. The Airport Manager for Parking should possess a thorough understanding of Parking management at a Large Hub Commercial Service Airport.

The Broward County Aviation Department, which operates the Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport and North Perry Airport, is seeking a Airport Manager to perform administrative and management work directing and coordinating functions of the Airport's Rental Car Center (RCC) operation. This is management and administrative work directing and coordinating functions of the Airport's Rental Car Center (RCC) operations. The Airport Manager will be working primarily with On-Airport, Off-Airport rent-a-car companies (RAC's) and the Fuel Facility Management Agreement (FFM). The main responsibilities of the Airport Manager will be the coordination of daily activities of the RCC at the Airport. These tasks include tenant relations, contract compliance, monthly analysis of financial and operating results, procurement and interaction with Airport staff. The Airport Manager will maintain effective working relationships with airport tenants, the general public and co-workers.
