CAPITAL DEVELOPMENT SPECIALIST
The City of Fresno Airports Department is currently recruiting for a Capital Development Specialist. Under direction, incumbents perform a variety of duties related to Capital Improvement Programs (CIP). Incumbents perform planning and environmental reviews and studies; recruit and oversee consultants; manage design and construction processes for the purpose of ensuring that all phases of a project are completed within specifications and with minimal interruption to site personnel and operations. The position in the Airports Department works directly with the Federal Aviation Administration Airport Improvement Program and the State of California Division of Aeronautics grant program. Fresno Yosemite International (FAT) and Fresno Chandler Executive (FCH) Airports are owned and operated by the City of Fresno.

AIRPORT OPERATIONS COORDINATOR
The City of La Crosse WI is recruiting for the position of AIRPORT OPERATIONS COORDINATOR at the La Crosse Regional Airport. This position involves performing a variety of specialized and detailed tasks in support of Airport Operations, Aviation Security, Public Safety, and Emergency Preparedness. Position responds to aircraft fire emergencies, operates aircraft fire suppression equipment, complies with Transportation Security Regulations Parts 1540 and 1542 and Federal Aviation Regulations Part 139, and completes various logs and reports. The perfect candidate for this position is a team orientated self-starter who has the drive and desire to learn on a daily basis and to master the various skills needed in airport operations. Candidates must be able to work in a team atmosphere as well as individually with minimal supervision. Customer service skills are a must as the Airport values positive interactions with all of our customers including internal stakeholder, tenants, and airline passengers.

AIRPORT OPERATIONS CONTROL CENTER SPECIALIST
This is technical work in receiving and transmitting a variety of calls to include normal, irregular, emergency calls, information and messages within the Airport Operations Control Center (AOCC) and in coordination with JAA personnel, airlines, tenants, TSA, FAA, and other agencies/groups at JAX. Work requires knowledge of AOCC standard operating procedures, with the ability to operate various computerized communication telephone equipment. Contacts require answering and responding to various types of calls from individuals and require assertiveness as well as sensitivity to ensure appropriate information is gathered and transmitted according to the situation. The work is covered by standard operating procedures and routines but the employee has the latitude to take action according to the specific situation and must be able to adjust to situations not previously encountered.
