ASSISTANT AIRPORTS PROPERTIES MANAGER
Develops and prepares contracts, leases, concessions, permits and other documents for Palm Beach County’s four airports. Assists in the management of airport properties and concessions and in implementation of the Airport Concession Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (ACDBE) programs. Requires extensive contact with potential and existing tenants, concessionaires, permitees, airport construction and consulting firms, DBE/ACDBE firms and the public and in coordinating with other County departments. VICE PRESIDENT, FINANCE
Provides operational and programmatic support to MAA. Directly assists the President and Executive Team in strategic and tactical matters related to budget management, cost benefit analysis, forecasting needs and the securing of new funding. Identifying new funding opportunities, the drafting of prospective programmatic budgets, and determining cost effectiveness of prospective service delivery. Assess the benefits of all prospective contracts and advise the Executive Team on programmatic design and implementation matters. Maintain systems of internal controls to safeguard financial assets of the organization and oversee federal awards and programs. Oversee the coordination and activities of independent auditors ensuring all A-133 audit issues are resolved, and all 403(b) compliance issues are met. Responsible for the Mobile Airport Authority 501c(3) exempt status yearly tax audits and maintaining compliance thereof. DIRECTOR OF PLANNING & ENGINEERING - ROA
The Roanoke Regional Airport Commission is seeking a Director of Planning & Engineering for the Roanoke-Blacksburg Regional Airport (ROA). This position is responsible for leading and managing the Department of Planning and Engineering, which includes, all airport facility planning functions, capital improvement program, environmental program/compliance, and sustainability initiatives; operations, and supervising the Operations Manager. The successful candidate will have a bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, planning, or a closely related field; a minimum of eight (8) years of professional experience in engineering design, engineering project administration and inspection, construction management, or airport planning, and a minimum of three (3) years as a project manager for construction or planning projects at one or more commercial service airports.Posting closes October 18, 2019.
