TERMINAL SYSTEMS ASSISTANT MANAGER
SFO is hiring a Terminal Systems Assistant Manager to be responsible for efficient operation and maintenance of Terminal Systems Airport-owned equipment such as Baggage Handling Systems (BHS), Passenger Boarding Bridges (PBB) Accessories, Aircraft Visual Docking Guidance Systems, and other Shared-use equipment. CONTRACTS ADMINISTRATOR - DESIGN AND CONSTRUCTION
ESSENTIAL DUTIES: Implements procurement and contracting policies and procedures for the capital improvement program at the Chicago Department of Aviation. Assigns and reviews the work of staff to ensure compliance with standards and procedures established by the Department of Procurement Services (DPS). Assists in the review of contract compliance goals and preparation of the M/W/DBE compliance report. Oversees the negotiation and monitoring of disadvantaged, minority and women owned business enterprise (DBE/MBE/WBE) programs. Reviews claims and make recommendations and monitors/opines on potential errors and omissions. Maintains a contract database to manage the expiration and renewal of contracts in a timely manner to avoid service interruption to the department. Reviews completed contract packages for appropriateness, completeness and conformance to established policies and standards and forwards to oversight departments for approval. ACCOUNT MANAGER - AVIATION
JOB SUMMARY: Manages the security services and related operations provided to an assigned Aviation account including client service and problem resolution, operational effectiveness, preparation of post orders, staffing, scheduling, supervision and training.Distinguishing Characteristics: Performs a variety of management functions for assigned account; may be assigned a rank, as defined by client contract. Performs tasks and duties of a similar nature and scope as required for assigned account. MINIMUM HIRING STANDARDS Must be at least 18 years of age. Must have a reliable means of communication (i.e., pager or phone). Must have a reliable means of transportation (public or private). Must have the legal right to work in the United States. Must have the ability to speak, read, and write English. Must have a High School Diploma or GED. If not, must be willing to complete the GED program within six months. Must be willing to participate in the Company’s pre-employment screening process, including drug screen and background investigation. Must possess American Association of Airport Executives (AAAE) Airport Certified Employee (ACE) designation for Security or obtain within two years of start date. Education/Experience: Bachelor’s Degree in Security Administration or Public Administration and 5 years of responsible management experience in the industry and/or business management, or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to perform the essential functions of the job, as determined by the company. SENIOR MANAGER, MARKETING COMMUNICATIONS
CLASS SUMMARY: Lead strategy and execution of a marketing communications plan building a consistent brand to position the airport locally, nationally and internationally. This role will oversee marketing communications including the website and market research and analysis.
