PROCUREMENT AND COMPLIANCE MANAGER
This position facilitates and oversees procurement, contracts, small purchases and other agreements of the Authority. Employee will prepare invitations to bid and requests for competitive proposals and ensure compliance with all procurement related regulations. Employee is responsible for management of the airport's local, state, and federal compliance programs. Employee will manage and monitor the terms and conditions of all agreements, contracts, and grant assurances for adherence and compliance. Advanced degree in related field of study, related experience, and computer skills are essential. Knowledge of airport operations is preferred. SUPERINTENDENT - AIRPORT FACILITIES MANAGEMENT
Apply on or before 5pm EST 10/19/2018 Salary Range $25.48 to $58.52/hourly. Hiring rate generally will not exceed $43.82/hour This is administrative, professional and managerial work directing the upkeep, preventative maintenance and repair of all facilities and grounds belonging to the City and situated on the 2,800 acres of land occupied by the Tallahassee International Airport. The incumbent manages staff that includes professionals, licensed trades workers, technicians, and service/maintenance personnel, and ensures that all work is performed in adherence to standards set by state and federal regulatory bodies, airport administration, and contractual obligations. Duties also include serving as liaison with contractors and bidders on minor repair and maintenance contracts. Assignments received allow for considerable independent judgment and initiative in the selection of work methods and procedures for the Facilities Management Division to achieve desired standards in efficiency and effectiveness. Performs related work as required.

AIRPORT DIRECTOR, REGIONAL PART139
The Monroe County Board of Aviation Commissioners is seeking an Airport Director for the administration and operations of a Class IV FAA Part 139 Certificated Airport in Bloomington Indiana. Requirements include: a Bachelor's Degree in Aviation Management, Business or Public Administration; FAA Part 139 Certificated airport experience or equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered. AAAE accreditation is desirable. Applicant must have a working knowledge of government organization, operations, policies and procedures; regulations relating to airport facilities and aviation operations; Airport Improvement Program grant management; aviation program planning and marketing; airport operation practices and security procedures; contract development; cooperative working relationships with elected officials, representatives of local, state and federal agencies.
