AAAE's position open advertising provides a valuable service to AAAE members, and all revenue
the association receives from classified advertising goes directly to the AAAE Foundation.
The Foundation has awarded more than 2,700 scholarships totaling $4.25 million since 1989.

ASSET MANAGER
1.Conduct complex new business and sponsorship negotiations and transactions; prepare and facilitate selection processes for Requests for Proposals; prepare and administer airport-related real property, sponsorship and new business agreements, such as leases, operating agreements, easements, permits, licenses, etc. 2.Analyze the financial qualifications of prospective business operators and partners; develop strategies for establishing revenue generating partnerships. 3.Prepare and present updates, proposals and other relevant information pertaining to new business opportunities, sponsorships and programs to the Board, developers, contractors, consultants and stakeholders from other jurisdictions. 4.Partner with the Program Manager to develop strategies for new business and sponsorships opportunities to generate non-airline revenue. 5.Research and manage assigned properties, projects and programs; participate in developing program and project plans and budgets; conduct market analyses of real property; perform periodic renegotiation of rates and charges.

AIRPORT DINING & RETAIL BUSINESS MANAGER
Manages Port-tenant contractual obligations, maintains the sanitation and operational effectiveness of all Airport Dining and Retail units. Manage all operational facilities issues within the Airport Dining and Retail tenant spaces, as well as, create policies and procedures to assure the maintenance of the Airport Dining and Retail units.

AV AIRFIELD/AIRSPACE PLANNER
Manage planning studies involving airfield and ramp area facilities (including concourses; airline and airport support facilities; and cargo facilities) and conduct complex airfield and airspace planning and engineering to ensure the airfield and airspace meet operational demands and federal requirements.

AIRPORT DUTY MANAGER
CLASS SUMMARY: Under general direction of the Sr. Manager, AOC, the Airport Duty Manager (ADM) will be responsible for maintaining full situational awareness of all facets of airport operations to ensure the safe, efficient, and secure operation of the Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky Intl. Airport. This includes implementing incident management processes to ensure effective management of small, medium and large scale incidents. The ADM maintains constant awareness of changing conditions, activities and requirements affecting airport operations, analyzes the impact, and implements the appropriate response protocols as required. This includes continued coordination with both KCAB departments as well as outside airport stakeholders to ensure that appropriate resources are deployed as required.
