DEPUTY DIRECTOR OF AVIATION - LAS
The Clark County Department of Aviation is seeking a Deputy Director of Aviation who will have direct oversight of Landside Operations, Terminal Operations and airport Security Divisions. McCarran International Airport (LAS) is the second largest origination and destination airport in the nation and leadership of these key divisions is essential to ensuring a high-quality customer experience from the curbside to the gate.Successful candidates will have a Bachelor’s degree in Aviation Management, Business or Public Administration or a field related to the work and a minimum of five years of full-time upper level management experience which will have provided the required knowledge and skills. A Master’s degree in an appropriate field is desirable. Equivalent combination of formal education and appropriate related experience may be considered.Posting Deadline: October 19, 2018.

MARKETING & COMMUNICATIONS MANAGER
The Marketing and Communications Manager is responsible for working directly with airlines, preparing, analyzing and presenting airline data; formulating and overseeing efforts to influence improved air service to Green Bay Austin Straubel International Airport (GRB), including domestic, charter-international/domestic and scheduled international service; implementing local, regional, national and international campaigns using consumer and trade print, radio, television, direct mail, digital, social media, transit and outdoor media; overall budget development, resource allocation, and planning all tactical marketing/advertising strategies for the continued development of GRB; creating and overseeing new airline service events and marketing. This position requires highly effective analytical, presentation and communication skills.

AVIATION ENGINEER III
This exciting full-time position is to provide project management and civil engineering assistance to the Aviation Subpractice Area out of our growing Denver office. Many of DOWL’s design projects include construction and reconstruction of runways, taxiways, and aprons, ARFF buildings, SRE buildings, terminal buildings and hangars, as well as landside projects. Some of DOWL's clients include local municipal and state airports as well as private clients such as Fedex and Boeing.
